Monthly rentals are discounted and exempt from sales tax (contact the owner if the quote includes sales tax). They include one complimentary maid service mid-stay.

This four-bedroom home includes one master bedroom with a king-size bed, one with a queen-sized bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a twin over full bunk. There is a second-story deck access from the master bedroom. There are two full baths, each updated in 2022, one with a walk-in shower, rain head, and handheld, and the other with a tub, rain head, and handheld. Need to stay connected? Secure Wi-F (1G) and cable TV are included.

The home is six miles south of Tahoe City, one hour from Reno Airport, and one hour from South Lake Tahoe.
