Lake Tahoe - Chambers Private Beach, Pool & Tennis Membership

Cozy Chalet, Perfect for Families on a large, level lot in Chamberlands with easy walking access to the Membership Only Beach, Pool and Tennis facilities in the Summer and plowed driveway access and abundant parking in the Winter and Summer. Chambers is an all-season area and there is easy walking or biking access to the West Shore Bike Trail, Homewood, Obexer’s Marina and Market/Deli, the Homewood Mountain Resort for skiing in the Winter and home of the Tahoe Music Festival in mid-summer. Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Areas are within a 30 minute drive and Northstar is about 40 minutes away.

The cabin has an open floor plan with a wood burning fireplace, 1 bedroom and bath downstairs, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the forth bedroom has a single and bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an eating/serving bar with barstools, in addition to the dining table and there are 2 TVs, an Amazon Fire Stick to access apps like Netflix, and 2 DVD players, in the house. Equipped with Wifi. In the Summer, guests can enjoy the large, new sunny deck with propane barbeque. You will find comfortable outdoor chairs, lounges, and tables and umbrellas ready for relaxing, reading, napping or bar-b-queing while overlooking the private, quiet, forested backyard. There is an area for children to play along side and behind the house away from the street.

Our Chamberlands amenities include your full access to the Members Only beach, pool, tennis courts and the peace of mind that comes with knowing the beach and pool are fully secure and staffed by life guards. The Chambers historic Bar and Restaurant is open all summer for your enjoyment. The house is within easy walking distance to the beach area or you can use the Private Shuttle which will pick you up or deliver you back home on an hourly schedule.

West Shore Cabin

Family reunion at Tahoe

We had a great stay in this cabin. We also rented 2 other cabins to accommodate our large family. We were happy that this cabin was dog friendly because our son brought his dog from Oregon.

Lovely cabin in Chambers Landing

We had a wonderful week staying in this cabin. The upstairs is very spacious and the kitchen was a good size with everything you need. The house was very clean and welcoming. The back deck was a great size and we enjoyed it everyday. We loved walking to Chambers Landing and enjoying the beach and pool. It was close and easy to access. The perfect end of summer vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming retro retreat! Check-in and check-out were incredibly simple and hassle-free. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen towels and a brand-new Keurig and coffee filter combo machine—perfect for coffee lovers! Be sure to check the cabinets and closets for extra items before heading to the store.This place truly feels like a time capsule, full of vintage furniture and hardware that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. It was spotless, stylish, and so cute! The bedroom on the first floor made it very convenient for my elderly Grammy, so she didn't have to walk upstairs. I also stayed with my 5-month-old baby, and navigating the space was easy and comfortable.The beds were very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a real convenience. Overall, a fantastic stay — we’d definitely return!

Classic Retro Chambers Cabin

We had a great time at this classic old Chambers cabin with all the amenities of a safe, quiet neighborhood, Blue Bus to private beach, great deck under the trees, cozy and comfortable beds. The living room was just spacious enough for us and our guests with great comfortable leather chairs and couch. The kitchen and laundry room had everything and more. The only problem was the old stove, cabinets, some pots and pans could use an intense deep clean. We would definitely stay at this cabin again! We love Chambers!

Clean and perfect location

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The house was super clean, the patio is amazing, and it had perfect bedroom setup for our group. Easy waking distance from the lake, we walked there every night after dinner. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make all of our meals. Some of the seasoning seemed a bit outdated, but that was an easy fix. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This cabin is the perfect place to unwind. Or go crazy hiking, biking, even tennis! The kitchen is stocked better than my home. Pots and pans, dishes enough for a whole family. And the owner is very responsive to questions.

Well Stocked Lake Tahoe Cabin

The cabin was well stocked with all the necessities and has a very nice deck with a great BBQ/grill. In fact, we used the grill for the entire week and everything was delicious.

Terrific cabin in coveted Chambers Landing development

Large, comfortable cabin with well equipped kitchen and lots of amenities. Huge back deck with plenty of furniture for socializing. We would definitely return.

Extremely well equipped and maintained cabin

We’ve stayed at almost 100 different VRBO/HomeAway rentals over the years. I can say that this cabin was the best equipped and maintained of all of them. The cabin is well laid out and convenient to the beach. We had a little difficulty with the lock box at check in (our fault), and the owner responded right away and solved the problem. Altogether a very good rental experience.

Chamberlands Charmer

This is our third time staying in this wonderful Tahoe cabin. Our family always enjoys it's central location and old Tahoe charm. The back deck is perfect for entertaining and we had a few family dinners out there in the late afternoon. There is plenty of room for multiple cars to park, best part is it's walking distance to Chambers if you are so inclined. We will be back !

Wonderful deck, great location

The house has a great deck that gets lots of morning sun and afternoon shade- the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Perfect location - low elevation with full access to Chambers. It's pretty dark and outdated although owners did just install new vinyl floors which was helpful , but beds and linens were very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 -3 familes in the 4 bedrooms.

Great location and amenities

We love staying in the Kaufmann Haus. The back deck is amazing and the house is roomy enough for everyone to spread out a bit and have their own space. Love that it has full membership access to the beach and pool. Owners are always responsive and great to work with. See you next year!

This was a lovely cabin for me and my adult sons. 4 good sized bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, great outdoor deck backing the forest. The cabin is dark inside so when indoors needed to have lights on. We had a problem with the washing machine and the owner was quickly responsive. I would definitely return in the future

Cozy living and dining area, great deck. Access to Chamberlands pool a definite plus. Family owners very flexible on scheduling and very responsive handling questions and any minot problems that might occur.

The Grouse House

This cabin fulfills all your vacation needs for all seasons. My family has stayed here many many times, never to be disappointed. The location is great, a few blocks from the lake and private beach, pool and tennis courts. The owners are very accommodating in every aspect. Chambers Landing is a wonderful place to sit out on the boat deck and watch the world go by. Also, the deck at the cabin is soothing and peaceful among the pines, with lounges and a BBQ grill.
