Great Host! Beautiful property w/ everything you will need! Very thoughtful hosts! Clean, spacious & fun home for a family! This host knows exactly how to do it!
Our family enjoyed this beautiful spot in Trenton. Zach the host was excellent and very responsive The views were beautiful; the sunsets, the eagles flying by. The house was well equipped for family dinners and games afterwards. It was in a great proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place!
This home provided our family with a great home base for our time in Maine, close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The property is well equipped and the views/scenery are just gorgeous! We enjoyed the beach and water, hunting for sea glass and treasures. We already can’t wait to return!
Taylor and Zach were really amazing hosts! They were so responsive when we had questions and needed a few things as we were first settling in. Their home and the setting are so beautiful! Between the firepit, Adirondack chair seating area overlooking the bay, the elevated deck and the gorgeous stone beach, there are many outdoor options for enjoying their property. The house is very well-equipped. We really appreciated all of the gear for our 15 month-old grandson. Taylor even had some extra age-appropriate toys delivered to the house at the beginning of the trip for him to enjoy. The living spaces all have gorgeous views of the bay and you can watch the sunset from the deck and Adirondack Chair seating area. The beds are very comfortable! This was the perfect setting for our 3-generation family vacation! Many happy memories were made here! Laura
I really appreciated the two large dining tables, often homes that sleep large groups don’t have space to also eat as a group. The views are also beautiful.
Lords beach house was absolutely fantastic. Quick drive to Acadia or Bar Harbor. The family enjoyed the rocky beach and kayaking in the bay. Several seal sightings! Well furnished and great outdoor facilities for relaxing. Professional communication with check in. The price is worth the views and proximity to Acadia National Park.
From the first moment we booked the house, until our last day in Maine, the owners were so easy to work with and very communicative. They had a lovely s’mores and pancake kits as a welcome gift. The house was clean and had the most wonderful views that we enjoyed all throughout the day. Our kids especially enjoyed the high and low tides! It was easy to get around to lots of different areas, like Acadia National Park. We can’t wait to come back some day!
We’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and our Maine hosts, Zach and Jordan, were spectacular!! They were so accommodating, helpful, timely, and pleasant. The home was wonderfully spacious, well decorated, quiet, and perched right above the bay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, around the fire pit, and in the shaded recess looking out over the water. Plenty of windows and cross ventilation kept the premises very comfortable. Excellent bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Highly recommend renting this property!!
This property tops our list of best Maine house ever! We've been going to Maine for 10 years and this is the perfect everything! The location is perfect, the beach is great with its periwinkle and small rocks beach uncovered during low tide and big boulders scattered throughout! We had our first ever air hockey tournament and oh my gosh, unexpected highlight! The decor certainly tops my list of best in Maine vacation rentals. It's comfortable and clean and nautical and very inviting. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating and they really made our stay overwhelming a 5/5. Sorry, Ryan Trehan, no 1 star review for you to foil! ;) Thanks Lords Beach!
My family and I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Lord’s Beach!
The short drive-time to Acadia allowed us to easily visit the park several times during our trip.
The house itself is lovely. The spacious main floor easily accommodated our group of nine. The eating area with its double table was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture and décor are just right, minimalist but warm. And the house is laid out so that we had several zones – a kids’ area downstairs, a main floor area for the adults, and the kitchen bar for coffee breaks. We had plenty of room to relax! Tying it all together is the wall of glass that overlooks the real gem of the property – the view!
The outdoor areas are amazing! The deck patio is quiet and private. The lawn is spacious with plenty of room for kids to play. And my personal favorite – the Adirondak-chairs area under the burgundy leaved Norway Maple is a wonderfully comfortable spot to relax in while enjoying the view of the water and watching coastal birds.
The rock beach was incredibly cool! The kids explored the tidepools for crabs and starfish while the adults combed the pebble beach for sea glass. And we all took long walks up and down the peaceful shoreline, with the ever-present ocean breeze, while watching bald eagles and osprey fly overhead.
Acadia was the reason that we chose to visit Maine, and it was absolutely beautiful. But we all agreed that the Lord’s Beach house "made" the vacation!
