This property is one minute from Algerine Coast which is off the Cape Road where you can use the public boat launch to launch your kayak, watch the sunset or have a nice picnic in the picnic area over looking the Ocean. This property is on a private road in a very secluded area where you can enjoy the outdoors and peace and quiet just 25 minutes from Bar Harbor.

The host was very responsive and clarified any concerns regarding the amenities. The house was clean, well appointed, and had plenty of room for our extended family of 11. We all appreciated the heated indoor pool after a long day of sightseeing and hiking. We would certainly stay here again should we vacation in Acadia again.

House was very clean. The five bedrooms worked very well for our large family to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. TV’s in every bedroom was also a plus. The pool was an extra bonus for the kids as well as the adults. Wonderful home on the quiet side of the island.

We stayed here with 6 very energetic kids and the pool was a perfect way for them to play. We did hiking in Acadia came back and played until late. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to stay. If we're ever in the area again we'd definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. We had a campfire…so much fun. The house was well equipped and Michelle got back to me when I had questions. The jetted tub was a huge hit with my grandkids. We knew ahead of time that the pool was set at 82 degrees. My family would have used it more if the water was warmer. We would have been willing to pay more for a warmer pool. We were very happy with this rental! Thanks Michelle!!!

The house needs to be fixed. There were several windows without screens and since there is no air conditioning it was extremely hot. There were stains on the furniture and the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. The grass was not cut and paint was peeling off house. The pool was extremely excellent and refreshing and large enough for whole family. The owner said there were fans in every room but there was not so we had to go buy fans. I've stayed in alot of homes and for the price we paid I didn't think it was worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again, next time for longer! The house was clean and well appointed and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We also loved the location - peaceful and close to beautiful Acadia National Park.

Relaxing Retreat

A wonderful location for a trip of 5 women. We leveraged all of the amenities—yoga on the deck, swimming after our hikes, and fires by the pot to end the day.

Enjoyed the stay at this home, especially the swimming pool. Had all the conveniences needed for six seniors. Enjoyed the lobster restaurants in our area and the pretty scenery. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had a wonderful trip! This property is just as pictured and so large. There are plenty of beds and areas to hang out. The indoor pool is AMAZING for the kids. Just an all around fantastic property!

Had an amazing time overall! If I'm nitpicking (which I am), securing the dishwasher so it doesn't tip slightly when loading would be good (was not a hazard).The firepit was relaxing and the indoor pool was as massive and fun as the pictures imply. We were very close to Acadia for our trip, and within walking distance of that great street-side Lobster place.Check in was super easy!

Family Maine Trip

We had three generations in the home. All enjoyed the stay. Kids loved the pool. Being on the “quiet” side of the island was a nice reprieve from the bustle of the east side. Loved being part of the woods.
