Shops, restaurants, weekend entertainment downstairs from top floor spot overlooking a "townsquare." 30 minutes to historic St. Augustine. 30 minutes south to Daytona Beach. Multiple beaches, biking trails, nature preserves, and shopping. New full-size stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave). Desk space for remote working. New Washer and Dryer included in the condo. Enjoy a long 4-day weekend, week, month or longer stay! You’ll enjoy our condo’s many amenities and the region’s vibe. This is your spot!

Enjoy two new 55" televisions, including streaming cable/WiFi, Spectrum, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video. The living and kitchen space is updated with new cabinetry & counters, and Whirlpool full-size stainless steel appliances. New couch and amazing double door views to the village townsquare. Bathroom shower unit, with double-bowl sinks.

Palm Coast is a friendly community with great neighborhoods, water canals, parks, bike trails, shopping and restaurants. Multiple Intracoastal Waterway spots and Atlantic Ocean beaches to spend time at. Boat & bike rentals and activities throughout the four world-class Florida communities including Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Daytona Beach. We are 80 minutes from Orlando. You truly will find something for everyone!

The place was very nicely decorated and very clean. The only thing that was inconvenient is that the temperature stayed at 75 and we were unable to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable temperature.

Great Place

We stayed 2 months and enjoyed our stay. Tim was very responsive to any of our needs, which weren’t much. It was great to be able to hang at the beach, go fishing or just hang out. Grocery stores near by. We used as home base, while visiting family, going to NASA, Sea World & other activities.

Wonderful place for a getaway

This unit is perfect for a couples getaway. The unit is stylishly updated, super clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. It’s conveniently located in European Village with a selection of restaurants and bars just downstairs. There is a scenic walking trail along the Inter-coastal Waterway just across the street. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

European Village Retreat

Property was clean and convient for my needs. There was an issue with the HVAC so we spent one night with no AC. Once I notified the owner Tim, he took immediate action and by the end of the day we had AC. Entry/exit instructions were clear and we had no issues. Everything we needed during our stay was there. I would definitely use this property again.

Family Holiday Visit

The condo unit was well appointed...lots of open space for my personal belongings. The unit was clean and loved the double doors to the outside, enjoying the mild Florida breezes. The center lights are festive. The full kitchen with full sized appliances made cooking- clean up easy. The washer/dryer was great.

Very clean, well equipped and a great location. The host was very helpful and got back to you immediately. The unit had everything you would need for your stay. The unit has a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The courtyard has a gazebo that often had free entertainment. There are numerous restaurants and shops at the location. And a craft fair/farmers market on Sunday morning. Numerous walking trails surround the complex. No pool but about an 5 min drive to the beach. All in all this is the place to stay in palm coast.

European Village IS a neighborhood complete with guests and owners who can step downstairs into the open courtyard and enjoy boutique shopping, friendly American pubs, and Italian, Pizzeria, Indian, Tai, and Asian dining options. The four minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean, along with plenty of shopping, bike and walking trails, and boulevards with Spanish Oak tree canopies makes Palm Coast special. And...St. Augustine is 30 minutes North and Daytona Beach is 30 minutes South. Orlando is about 80 minutes away. Plenty of sun, sand, and ocean options available during your stay!
