Fantastic!

This is a perfect little condo for 2 people. It's clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. It's a quieter, more private beach area, but still close enough to the main clearwater attractions to be perfect for us.

Our Anniversary stay on Belleair Beach

Thank you for all your help and responses to my questions. We had a great stay in the Clearwater/Belleair area. Our only issue is that this unit is very small, especially compared to what we had to pay; and the owner apparently did not want to install a grab bar in the shower, as we requested. My wife uses a walker to get around and the owner was more concerned about their shower tiles getting damaged by putting in a grab bar than about my wife's safety. On our next trip, we will only stay at ADA-approved places. Thank you to Sandy Feet for your help and updates.

This is an amazing location. I took my mom here for her birthday in mid April and we could not have picked a better place! The staff were kind and easy to reach, the ocean is right in your backyard, and everything was clean. You won't be disappointed if you choose to vacation here. We are already planning our trip back!

Relaxing Retreat

My husband and I wanted a nice getaway to relax and unwind from our busy schedule. Your condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and it was so quaint. We loved looking out the patio doors and seeing the beach and gulf right there. We basically had the beach to ourselves and the chairs and umbrella provided were in great shape and quality. We are already talking about when we can get away again to comeback!

This condo is a perfect location. First door you come to from the parking lot. Balcony overlooking the patio then the beach. Perfect views for the sunset. Everything is updated and new. Just beautiful. Plenty of blankets and towels. Towels for the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella. Nice pool area too. Just a perfect place for a beach getaway.

Relaxing stay in Belleair Beach

This condo was great for the two of us. It is not expansive but it felt very comfortable just the same. It was extremely clean. It is nicely updated. The little amenities left to make your stay easy were a nice touch! You do have to use caution because the condo is visible easily from the sun deck just below it. Didn’t bother us at all, we just were careful about closing the drapes in the morning. :) We enjoyed our stay at the condo and on the beach (despite the cold and rainy weather) very much!!!

Mini Vacation

Was a very nice stay. The balcony is pretty small but has a lovely view. Everyone was nice. The elevator again broken. It appears it breaks quite often per reviews so we were glad we were on 1st floor. The laundry is inconvenient if you want to wash is on 3rd floor. But the bed was outstanding! The pillows were excellent. I slept very well. The only quirky thing the fridge was about 45 degree angle to the right so the doors would slam shut. We told the staff about it. It would stay again. Cute little cozy place.

Smaller than Expected

Smaller than appears in photos. Bedroom really tight, with no ventilation. Only bedroom window is right on the public hallway, so useless. Swimming pool is minimal. The building and apartment are a bit old and tired. Balcony is tiny; barely room for two small chairs and a small table. I was expecting more for the money.On the positive side, it is right on the beach, with great view over the Gulf of . . . ? Lots of good restaurants, but none within easy walking distance.

Beautiful and clean!

I was hesitate to keep our reservation due to the hurricane and possible damage but I’m so thankful my husband and I went. The condo was very clean and beautiful. The beach was clean. The pool was closed due to the damage. However they were so respectful about the time they would work. The location wad perfect. The views were amazing. It was quite and we had everything we needed in the condo. I was truly very impressed with this company Sandy Feet. Also we were closed to the beach than what I expected. We were literally steps away! The only thing I’m going to say negative is the air conditioner didn’t get below 72 and being from KY we live it cooler at night. We didn’t complain or notify anyone simply because that sends to be the case everywhere in FL. At least where we’ve stayed. But it wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. We will definitely be staying again!

Room was okay. The floor had issues with cracks and missing pieces. Wife cut her foot open with a huge splinter that was sticking up. Showerhead needs to be replaced water flow was meh. The ocean view was great though. Wish they would have handled the floor issue better than they did :(
