We had an amazing stay for our cumulative 40th birthday girls trip! The house was nice and clean and well supplied. The view from the balcony was incredible! The property was located only a short distance from all the things you would come here to do!

We had our grown children and our younger grandchildren with us. We loved our stay and the house was equipped really well. We loved the pool and the covered patio. We hope to stay again next year.

Perfect house with amazing views! The house was was well stocked with essentials (soap, trash bags, laundry pods) and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the living room had plenty of seating. We would absolutely book again. Great place!

Wonderful Quiet Beautiful Home

Our Bunco Group enjoyed our yearly Ladies Getaway in the Spacious Home in the Sky! The overlook and view is Beautiful over the river….Especially the Sunsets! We had a Wonderful Weekend of shopping and being 5 minutes from Gruene!

The Skyhouse was a fantastic getaway for our family and friend’s birthday trip. The house was beautifully located above the Guadelupe River. We enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the river flow and watching deer run around the yard. The bedrooms were situated great for our family with having a separate pool house with bedrooms and upstairs in the main house separate from the master bedroom downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need! The property management group was quick with responding to our needs of extra pillow cases and inspecting an issue with the washing machine. The location was awesome! Close to Gruene and other activities in New Braunfels. We are already planning our stay next summer. Can’t wait to return!
