Luxury Apartment with a Fantastic Host

Niell has done an excellent job making his apartment modern, clean, and accommodating. My wife and I found the apartment perfect for our visit to Rome - a short walk to the train station with quite a few good caffès and restaurants dear by. Niell was a welcoming and attentive host. We would really enjoy another opportunity to return in the future.

Our stay in Rome

Neill is an amazing host. He is extremely informative and helpful. And is always available to answer any questions during your stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous.. We are Americans and it is up to standard of any New York or San Francisco condo quality you would expect. All the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming from the states as a place to stay. It is convenient to transportation and great restaurants. And also shopping The neighborhood is an upscale safe area. We absolutely loved it.

Why they chose this property

A luxury appartment with excellent connections via bus,tram or train to take you to the centre of historic Rome.
The Trastevere train station is only 5 mins walk and has direct trains to Rome Fiumicino airport.
Testaccio area of Rome is only a 15 minute walk and is full of restaurants and nightlife.

What makes this property unique

Having a large balcony with an outdoor eating area is very unusual for Rome and I am sure that after a days sightseeing you will appreciate the opportunity to eat or drink outside and relax in your own private space.
