Benedetta was so professional and quick to respond, even with the time difference. In addition, she helped us arrange our transfers to and from the airport. You can't beat the location of their place in Rome. Walking distance to everything! We are just used to central air conditioning and the portable unit had difficulty keeping up with the heat wave Rome had when we were there. I would absolutely recommend the Rafaello Inn to anyone travelling to Rome. Benedetta was the best!

Very nice apartment in an excellent central location. Clean apartment, quiet street and building, very good air conditioning. The small but well appointed kitchen gave us flexibility to prepare a quick breakfast and get an earlier start on sightseeing. Several good restaurants and medium-sized grocery stores very close by. Check-in was very straightforward and the hosts were readily able to be contacted when we had questions, but respected our privacy otherwise. For departure with luggage use ItTaxi app to dispatch a cab to the front door. Truly like having "our own" little place in the heart of the historic city. Highly recommend, especially for couples!

The location of the property was amazing BUT I specifically rented it because of having a bathtub (necessary for me). When I arrived there was no plug for the tub, which did NOT hold water!The host said “if it’s not there, then it’s not there”.So I spent the first couple days searching a foreign country for a bath plug, which I was unable to find. A few days in I had an idea to make a plug out of aluminum foil, which somewhat worked.I don’t think that should have been my responsibility!!!!!!Also, there was a coffee machine with NO PODS so again, trying to shop in Italy for days looking to locate them should not have been my responsibility. The host let me know that they were in a locked cabinet several days in, so I was finally able to find them and there were only 3 left!That was a lack of care on her part.I had booked a 6 night stay and only received 2 bath towels as well, which was not enough.The location was amazing though

It's not the truth. I immediately answered all your questions, right away. You're the one who answered me three days later. Furthermore, you're a huge disrespectful of other people's work and I would also add it since when you go to a foreign country you have to pay city taxes and you refused even though it says so on the website. It's not my money, but money you should pay to the municipality of Rome, and I'm only acting as an intermediary. So once again I ask you to send me the money you owe

Great stay in central Rome

Fantastic location for exploring Rome on foot. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and our host Benedetta was extremely responsive and helpful.

Perfect Spot for a Quick Stay in Rome

We stayed just one night and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, pretty, and exactly as described. The location was excellent—central and easy to access. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was simple. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in the city!

3 days in Rome July 2025

Charming apartment perfectly located in the center of Rome. All major attractions within 20 minutes walking, most within 10 minutes. Taxi required for Vatican only (or a 40 minute walk). Host arranged our seamless transfer from airport and is quick to respond to all inquiries and very helpful. My family very much enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location to easily walk to most highlights. Market, taxi stand and luggage storage around the corner. Host was helpful, friendly and responded quickly. Elevator available. Comfortable bed.

Comfy stay close to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain

This was our first time in Rome. Neri met us to take luggage to store until check in and directed us to a very nice restaurant steps away. The bed is comfortable and the Nespresso machine for morning espresso is a fun touch! The hosts were very communicative. A lovely stay in Roma!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights! Apartment was very clean and in the perfect location! We could walk to almost everywhere! Wonderful restaurants near by and only a couple minute walk to a taxi if needed. Mariano was very welcoming and communicated well with us leading up to and during our stay!

Great apartment in a great location!!

My wife and I made our first visit to Rome prior to a cruise of the mediterranean. This apartment is located in a great area near restaurants cafe’s and walking distance to several historic sites. The apartment is well stocked wit everything you need and the owner was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend to this apartment to any couple wanting to visit Rome and be in a great location.

Perfect time to be in Rome, beautiful weather. Host was wonderful, apartment very clean. Suggest extra towels. Kind gentleman around the corner who we were able to leave our luggage with for a few hours.

FANTASTIC!

Great place right in the heart of historic Rome! Everything within close walking distance, Apartment was clean, cute and historic with all sorts of amenities (fridge, microwave, fancy coffee/espresso maker, clothes washing machine, etc.). Mariano and Neri were wonderful hosts - very gracious and welcoming, providing their cell phone to text them for anything that we need and giving us all sorts of great tips for the area.
