The property was very nice inside and the price was fantastic for a three bedroom with large beds. Served its purpose well for our business trip. Close to plenty of fun and food in Ybor city. There is not a lot of outdoor space so if you plan to spend a lot of time at the property you want to be outside this may not be the best fit. The newly renovated interior was great with plenty of seating around the kitchen for eating and a decent size couch for hanging out in front of the TV.

Dangerous unsafe

We drove up, neighbor said his brother tried to kill him twice last week. Brother keeps breaking restraint order. The neighborhood is sketchy very run down. The house outside was not as expected. Back yard very tiny and not mowed. Neighbor has cameras and motion alarms.
