I will never stay w VRBO

Paid for my stay then property was not accessible…. Had to pay for another property… then figure out the next 3 nights… only get a refund for what was paid but ruined our vacation… had to move rooms and hotels each night… then only a refund even to what I paid already…. Really bad experience!!!
