Come stay at one of the nicest vacation homes available in the Morro Bay area! This designer-decorated home looks like it was taken from the pages of House Beautiful magazine! Not only is the home beautifully decorated and appointed throughout, it is in a perfect location with unobstructed picturesque views of the bay and the ocean beyond and it’s within easy walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero. Across the street are stairs that lead directly down to Tideland’s park.

• 2 single kayaks for guest use
• The living, dining and kitchen areas create a large open space with fabulous views. From this great room, there are doors that open to a balcony with million-dollar views!
• Living room has a big screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable seating. There is a half bath adjacent to the living room.
• Upstairs balcony with patio furniture and BBQ grill – great place to do some grilling!
• 2 master suites – one upstairs and one downstairs – each with king-size bed, TV and private bathroom with a large jetted tub and separate shower.
• 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds with French doors that open onto a little patio with beautiful views of the bay. The other bedroom has a queen-size hide-away bed sofa (mattress is top-of-the-line memory foam) and TV.

There are many activities and restaurants to take advantage of in close proximity to the home. Go walk the Embarcadero to enjoy some shopping and eating. Grab the kayaks that are provided at the home and go for a paddle on the bay to see the many birds and sea life that inhabit this beautiful corner of the world. Feel like walking downtown to catch a movie one night? No problem – it is 5 minutes away. Take advantage of all the outdoor activities Morro Bay has to offer as well – kayaking, surfing, hiking, biking and more.

True gem of a house

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this house was truly a gem! The owners have thought of every detail possible, the kitchen is fully stocked, the bed and bath linens were top quality! We enjoyed each moment soaking up the bay views with such close proximity to shops and restaurants. This will be a must visit on our next trip!

Great Layout and Location

The view of the water from the upstairs living area made you feel like you were actually on the water. The layout of the house was also great. The neighborhood was quiet even thought just a short walk to town.

Lovely stay in Morro Bay

My family had a delightful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped. There was an abundance of towels and tableware etc. so it felt very comfortable. The views are fabulous and the neighbours is peaceful. The house is just a short walk from the harbour and downtown shops and restaurants. We were very happy relaxing and spotting wildlife from the window over our three night stay.

Family getaway

My wife and I brought our daughter’s family up to Morro Bay for a quick Spring trip. House more than ample for our extended family. We are talking about having Thanksgiving here next year. Quiet view location overlooking the bay and easy walking distance to town is perfect. Kayaks were a nice bonus to paddle in harbor, seals, sea otters and sand dollars. We had a great time!

Beautiful Morro Bay Property

We had a wonderful time on our quick trip to Morro Bay. The house was very clean and a perfect set up for our family. It was an easy walk to the Embarcadero and a very short drive to the Rock. When we had a slight hiccup checking in, the property management was very quick to respond, which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend as a great family house. You can't beat the view!

Bay views and clean place

Myself, husband, and 2.5 year-old stayed from Wednesday - Sunday. We loved the location - next to a park for our toddler and a wonderful short walk to restaurants and stores. The views were amazing and relaxing. We were incredibly pleased with the cleanliness of the space. The rooms are large. The water pressure was wonderful. The kitchen was great for preparing snacks and meals. The ability to use the washer/dryer was an added bonus. If we staybin Morro Bay again, we'd book this property.

Comfortable Home & Beautiful View

By husband and I enjoyed our first stay at this very comfortable and well-tended home. Notice the use of "first stay" because we definitely hope to come back sometime! This split-level home had marvelous views from the top floor, where most of the living space is. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well and watching the ever-changing view. You simply cannot get tired of it! We even saw the baby gray whale (twice!) that we had heard was in the bay. The location is also great. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in the town. We had a lovely time!

Great location, comfortable home.

The house is well maintained and comfortable, but some things need replacement like the carpet. Other than that the location was incredible, house was well stocked (make sure you pack all your own cosmetics….no generic soap, shampoo, etc in the showers). FYI for those traveling with young kids- the 2 twin bed room is downstairs (ground level) with a door to the street. This made us a little uneasy with a 3 and 5 year old but the doors did have 2 locks and our girls didn’t seem to notice or try to get out since the blinds were closed.

Perfect Home!

What a fantastic home. Location was perfect. House was immaculate, had every amenity you could want and then some. Kayaks were such a treat, kids absolutely loved them. Walked down to Embarcadero every evening for dinner or a stroll. Shared house with another family, we had 4 adults and 5 younger kids. Had plenty of space for all. We typically vacation in Pismo Beach, but couldn't find anything in Pismo this year. We ended up in Morro Bay this year and I think we'll be coming back to Morro Bay and hopefully this house again. Much more relaxing and quiet compared to Pismo. Property manager communicated very well, property maintained extremely well. We loved every minute we were there. Thank you!!!!

Slice of heaven

What a special place. Enjoyed coffee on the small front deck each morning watching the boats on the bay and walking down to Embarcadaro for lunch or coffee. Being able to use the kayaks was great. The kitchen was beautiful and made it so easy to have family over for dinner vs going out. The only thing i wished we knew is that the queen bed is really a pull out couch (which may be in the description and I didn't look close enough) - but my teen said it was perfectly comfortable.

Lovely place in perfect location!

This was a gorgeous home that was spacious but cozy. The views were amazing from all of the windows of the living room. We loved the balcony and the location. It was a very easy walk to the embarcadero. It was also super clean.
