This incredible 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home situated at the top of the hill overlooking Morro Bay features stunning panoramic views of the area, stretching from Montana De Oro to Cayucos. The open great room has been designed to showcase these amazing views from the living area, dining and kitchen. The home is a few down from the very top of the hill and enjoys some of the best views you can achieve in the area. All the bedrooms downstairs, with the living area, dining and kitchen on the main upper floor (street level).

• Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has an adjoining bath
• Master bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Second bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins and flat screen tv.
• Third bedroom has a king bed.
• Downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
• Half bath upstairs that serves the living area.
• Large open living area with flat screen TV
• Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs
• Amazing panoramic views of Morro Bay

• Propane BBQ on front deck (propane included).
• Full sized washer and dryer for guest use.

Please note: this home is located on a steep hill, 2 car garage and a driveway is available for parking. We recommend that any additional vehicles be parked at the base of the hill about a half block away.

No smoking and no pets. This is strictly enforced.
Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old.

Great view from the main floor dining area though the bedrooms were all down on the lower level. One drawback was the steep stairs for elderly guests even with handrails. Very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. Driveway was at an incline so best to park in the garage. Roomy, comfortable home for several people.

This place was excellent in every way.Views for miles! BUT very steep driveway. And all bedrooms are downstairs. The decor was beautiful. There were nice dishes,and serving dishes. This is a MUST DO AGIAN!

Impressive views the minute you walk in. Minimalist but beautiful beach theme decor made this home a stunning gem. The kitchen was prefect with everything needed you need. Bedrooms were all downstairs but much more comfortable than a hotel. Keypad entry made it hassle free...no keys to misplace! We were warmed about the driveway and they weren't kidding... it's steep but worth the views. We'll be going back.

Amazing view and comfortable beds!

This house was perfect for our 6 days in Morro Bay. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook a few meals. We loved that there were two rooms with king beds. It was a must in our VRBO search! Would stay here again.
