With a private entrance and quiet setting, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while still being close to it all. Memorial Park and Prospect Lake are just two blocks away for morning walks or afternoon picnics, while downtown restaurants, shops, and cultural spots are only minutes from your door. For bigger adventures, head to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, or The Olympic Training Center, all a short drive away.

🔑 Guests have the entire place to themselves. The property has 3 other units on it however all tenants are quite and respectful.



During your stay you will have access to the entire unit with it's own private exterior entry! We welcome you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy all the wonderful food and drinks just a few minutes away located all around the Downtown area!

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

🏡 Private Basement Unit in Main House: Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this cozy basement unit, which comes with its own entrance and door code. Please note that this unit is located in the basement of the main house, ensuring a quiet and private stay.
