Family Wedding Weekend

Great house with so much charm! The owner was so great at communicating and answering any questions. The house was clean and very well stocked with anything we needed. Beds are super comfy too! The location is a busy area and is great especially if you have things to do in the historic Sanford area, we were able to walk to all the venues for the wedding weekend festivities!

Great stay for family wedding

Just the right size for out of town guests for family wedding. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and other sights. Patio was nice for family to gather as well as the front porch.

Fun stay

I can’t say enough positive thing about this home and it’s location. So many dining options, including outdoor options and fun things to see and do within walking distance. The house had so much character but was still comfortable, clean and cozy. We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay!

College friends in town for a wedding!

We had the best time staying at this house! We had a barbecue in the backyard and played games in the living room and cooked meals together in the kitchen! We had a blast and the location is great!

Convenient for Partying Downtown - Horrible for Sleeping

Although this home is very convenient to downtown and you can walk to bars and restaurants it is also on the corner of a very busy road and between a glass business. Weekdays the trash from the business was picked up and dumped @ 5am and made very loud noise. The other noise from the cars riding with windows down and music thumping or just the music from the nearby bars went on until @ 1am. The home itself is also lit up so much from street and business lights we did not get one good night of sleep the entire time. Owner should invest in room darkening curtains but probably will not since home is up for sale. Cleanliness was average. Our socks were filthy from the laminate wood floor so not sure how often they are thoroughly cleaned. Sponge left to wash dishes with looked like it was several weeks old. Enjoy downtown Sanford but if you value your sleep book lodging well outside of town activities.

OMG!!!

I have stayed in short term rentals all over the world. This home is beautiful, so much room and clean enough to eat off the floor. The location is right across from all types of restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Everytime we come to Sanford/Deltona area we will be staying here. Great Job!!
