My adult daughters, granddaughter and her friend stayed for the weekend. Despite the cold, we had a great time! We walked down to the dock and the girls enjoyed the swing overlooking the water. The ping pong table was a hit!The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing sunset

We stayed for an extended weekend and it was so much fun. We hit up the local HEB and then set up camp. Between the views the swing and the dart board and ping pong it was the weekend we needed. Also if you love birds this is the place to stay.

Bird’s Eye View is very clean and the vies is beautiful

We had a great stay. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. The adults enjoyed the beautiful views from inside, the porch, and the dock!!! There was great bird watching with all the feeders on the property! We will be back soon!!

Great location and views

Our group had a great time at this home just outside Waco, TX. The views are amazing, backing up to a reservoir. We sat on the private boat dock and patio most of the weekend, taking in lovely sunsets and sunrises. The host provided excellent and timely communication before, during and after our stay. Supplies provided in the home were plentiful and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to get away, take in beautiful scenery, and relaxing.

Overall the stay was nice! But for the total price everything should have been decobwebbed and despider webbed! The gazebo by the swing should have been set up and the entire property to the lake should have been mowed. Lots of bugs in the bathtub! Ants should have been treated. But other than all that, the experience was very good but not for the total price.
