Wonderful Home for Family Vacation!

Our family was so happy with the cleanliness, amenities, and location of this property. The game room and hot tub made for wonderful evenings at home. We especially enjoyed being able to all watch movies together as a family. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for any family looking for an awesome getaway in Knoxville.

Perfect for Kids!

We loved Southern Comfort! The game room was a huge hit and kept the kids occupied downstairs while adults socialized upstairs. It's clean and well maintained, great kitchen. Note that the host lives in the detached garage on the property, but it was not an issue for us. It was also close to grocery stores!

Vols game!

We rented this property for the Vols home game. It was exactly as described! Plenty of space to spread out, so many fun activities for the kids, the back yard is amazing! The communication was spot on, and it was easy to get to. Everything you would need from groceries and red is just a couple minutes away! We would will definitely be staying here for all of our visits to Knoxville.

UT Family Weekend

Nice neighborhood, easy drive to college/downtown area and airport. Ian met us there when we arrived and was a great and responsive host. House was very well stocked with a lot of nice touches and decor. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the back patio, grill, jacuzzi and fire pit! Also had a lot of fun in the game room and theater. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house accommodated 4 families. So many areas to enjoy. The theater room, game room, screened porch, hot tub, fire pit. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to using it again. The property manager was so nice and attentive.

Tournament weekend

We are part of a AA travel ice hockey team. Our goalies stayed here. The team came over for a family cookout after our games and Ian was amazing the entire time! There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing he is! His dog, Moose, is the sweetest thing. Thank you, Ian, for being so patient with us and being there for our every need! The best VRBO experience EVER!

Great house!

Our group stayed in this house for a wedding weekend. Location was perfect for us with easy access to Knoxville. Beds were comfy, clean, nicely decorated, lots of extra amenities, fire pit great, hot tub relaxing, loved hanging out on the back porch and in the game room. Ian is great to work with. He has gone the extra mile to make this rental great!
