Family Wedding

We stayed at this property for a family wedding, and the location was perfect - it was easy to travel around Knoxville. The place itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was a perfect place to have as a home base for the wedding weekend.

Our stay in Knoxville was memorable! We were visiting my son, who is completing an internship at Texas Instruments, and the location of this house was very convenient — only about a 15–20 minute drive from where he was staying. It turned out to be the perfect little getaway for him during his internship.The house was updated and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy for us to make breakfast each morning. We traveled with my three teenagers (19, 17, and 15), and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.We also brought our small dog, and she enjoyed exploring the backyard and walking around the spacious driveway area.Brenda was wonderful to work with as well. We needed to adjust our dates, and she responded quickly and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

7/10Nothing is perfect but over all the stay was comfortable. House is beautifully decorated. I suggest housekeeper pull her hair up when cleaning because on most linen we found hair.

Daughters child birth

We stayed here for my daughter's child birth at Ut. They was amazing and so helpful we stayed in 2 places because they took longer with the induction then originally thought. Both places beautiful. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Beautiful house at five of us enjoyed. Easy access, very clean, everything worked as it should. Three bedrooms, two queens in one bedroom, one Queen in the second bedroom, and a king in the master bedroom. Beautiful large tub in the master bath with a separate shower, and a standard shower In the bathroom off the living room. I didn't look too hard but it looked like the couch In the living room may have a pull out bed also. We would repeat.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and the layout of the 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms worked out great for our family. There are neighboring rental units adjacent to this property but it was very quiet when we were there and we didn't notice that we had neighbors. The drive to downtown Knoxville/area attractions was about 22-25 minutes each way.

Property was very nice and a great location , some negatives I would say is the water is barley hot in both showers so you can’t even really enjoy your shower . Bath tub was a little dirty so we didn’t use it. Other than that it was very nice

Home away from home

This place was wonderful! The perfect amount of space for a family of four to stretch out and have friends over. Clean, private, quiet and super comfy beds! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Was our first experience with a VRBO and was pleasantly surprised. It was centrally located and we had access to everything we needed. Hosts were accessible and easy to work with!!! Thank you for letting us stay!
