This place was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, near where we needed to be, easy to access, everything worked out perfectly. If I will be returning to Indianapolis, I will be checking to see if this house is available again.
This was a nice place to stay for our trip to Indianapolis for a visit to the Indy motor speedway. Nice living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well.
The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee was even provided The decor was perfect - lots of “Indiana” We had to message the host about something and got immediate feedback. It was a great weekend and a very comfortable stay.
Looks very small from the street, but has a surprising amount of space inside. And the extra basement living area is a big plus. Nice backyard area too. Kitchen very nice w/ lots of cooking supplies.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
House itself was great. Host was very attentive for first 3 days. Last night in a blizzard the door wouldn’t open. This was not resolved till 11 this morning. The management company has the full story. I would be happy to talk to someone to give the full story
Everything about this stay was great! The communication with Home Base was amazing as their response time was minimal. The house looked just like the pictures online and was very clean. The home was spacious and comfortable for all of us. If needed, we would stay here again.
Our stay was pleasant. Location was centrally located to the destinations we had planned. Very quiet neighborhood, place was clean, everything worked well. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
This was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Two of us were local and the rest were out of town. This house was perfectly located and amazingly spacious. Highly recommend!
It was perfect for my girl friend’s and I! The beds were comfortable! The place neat and clean. It was convenient and we loved the trail close by. Thank you for the early check in.
My mom (84), niece and I stayed here for a family college graduation. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The communication from the management was great. It's close to a lot of great restaurants and convenient to stores as well. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to use the yard, but it looked great. I highly recommend this house.
A small group of friends stayed here for our 20-year high school reunion. It was lovely on all counts — great house, plenty of cozy hangout space and beds, nice backyard, excellent location. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we had no problems. We definitely want to rent it again!
My best friend lives in St. Louis and I live in Cleveland. We decided to meet in the middle for a weekend! This house was perfect. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, lovely outdoor space and close to places we wanted to visit. We would stay again in the future!
The house was nice, but the refrigerator didn’t work. When we called about they worked to resolve the matter, but the refrigerator still did not keep items cold. They did reimburse us some money, but to not have a way to keep food items cold made it very inconvenient.
The refrigerator had apparently broken with the previous guests at the home. In my opinion, this home shouldn’t have been listed as available until there was a working refrigerator. Or at the very least, we should have been notified of the situation and given an opportunity to back out of our reservation. We walked in to the non-working refrigerator pulled out from the wall, blocking the doorway to the kitchen. (We had brought three frozen meals in foil pans with us). The owner provided us with a cooler and ice to try to get us by. A new refrigerator was delivered on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. The owner did a good job in communication with us about when a plumber would be coming (and she came too) as well as when the refrigerator would be delivered (she was there then as well). She seemed to try to make light of the situation and wasn’t really apologetic about the inconvenience that this was. The place was nice, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of nice towels provided. If it weren’t for the refrigerator issue, I’d give this a 5 star rating.
I feel very fortunate to have found this VRBO property. It is in the Broad Ripple area which has so much charm and uniqueness. Lots of choices for restaurants, Bars, and shopping. The house itself is amazing. Two bedrooms on main floor that share a bath, one bedroom in the basement with its own den area where you can watch TV, or play games as a group. Basement also has its own bar/counter area with microwave and mini fridge. We were attending a family celebration and later found out one of the attendees had secured this same house four years ago and was so jealous we had rented it. They ended up staying at the Sheraton with two rooms and paid so much more for the week than we did for the week. If I were to make one suggestion for an improved experience is that I wished they would have provided a collapsible suitcase stand in each room, so we did not have to put a suitcase either on the bed or the floor. One bedroom (two double beds) did have benches at the foot of the bed, so that served very well to put suitcases. The backyard offered some sitting area around fire pit and on deck. This definitely will get a 5 star rating.
