Everything was very clean. The shower was big. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bed was comfortable. The room heaters were wonderful. Check out was easy. Host was quickly responsive when we had a question. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean, everything worked. Kitchen equipment was sparse, but manageable. For example, no cheese grater.A small table with chairs for two would have made dining in more comfortable. There is ample space for such a small added convenience.We'd stay again.

We liked where we stayed. No issues really. A dining room table would have been nice but we managed.We had trouble with the entry lock but the host remedied it lickity split. We will most likely stay here again next year

The property met expectations and our needs for our extended weekend trip. It can get a bit warm in the bedroom during the day in warmer months.

The stay was great overall, the only complaint I could make is that the neighbors have a tendency to make a lot of commotion/noise late in the evening/early in the morning, causing slight issues with sleep. Other than that, the house was clean and cozy, and the host was great and responsive! I'll definitely have to stay again when I'm on vacation!

A Cozy Home

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is conveniently located right off of old TN state route 34. This road gives quick access in and out of Telford east and west. The home features a large carport with easy access to a cozy deck. Inside contains spacious living/ dining area with a roughly 50 in flat screen tv. A Hallway connects to a reasonable bath/ laundry room, and spacious bedroom with another TV. Additionally, everything was clean and the landlady was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were a few drawbacks. There is a coffee table, but no dining table. The neighbors on Max Cloyd drive are close, but they were all friendly and very much interested in keeping their yards up! Overall, this stay was fine. We felt very comfortable staying here. 5 star rating from this client!
