Bedrooms are exactly as pictured. Large space great for a large family. Outdoor space really lends itself to relaxation and comfort. Beautiful updated kitchen! Great appliances. Ideal location close to the outlets, vineyards, farms and good eats! Thank you!!

The house is perfect for families. Open layout with kitchen and lunch counter with adjacent open dining area and good size table. Family area adjacent to the kitchen works very well. Very nice master bedroom suite with private entrance down to hot tub area. Lovely patio and sitting areas adjacent to the house and large pool. Property is large with older tennis court, but it works well. Kids have plenty of inside and outside play areas. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans silverware and the like. It is clean, private and as advertised. highly recommended.

This is the best place to summer in the Hamptons since it has it all! No traffic issues that all other Hampton towns deal with which quite honestly lower the experience. From our location you have access to all the Hamptons towns and can pick and choose when to travel to NYC or the beach or where you want to go to dine-it's all VERY easy to get to from our house!

What makes this property unique

Our property is one that gives you space and room to roam around with all the bells and whistles that you would expect in an estate like setting. Safety is #1 with a gated property. Then you and your furry friend can relax by the pool and enjoy the sun and fun!
