One bedroom offers a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds.Each bedroom on the lower level has a full bath. Just off the foyer you will also find a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and small refrigerator. Walk upstairs to the main living area with a soaring vaulted ceiling and seating for the whole family. The new kitchen seats 8 at the expansive island and there is an additional table with 4 chairs in the living area. The kitchen and living areas open to the back deck with extra seating and a grill. The main living area also has a full bathroom. On the 3rd level you will find the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath. This villa is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation, including 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and pool/beach towels.
The beach is a short, 30 yard walk from the villa, and you will also enjoy the Dunes House with beach front dining! You cannot beat this location! One of the best parts of Palmetto Dunes full of luxury and convenience to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer.
