THE CHALET ON FRENCH "The Chalet on French" is an elegant mountain home located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge located within a 5 minute walk to the gondola and everything that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home sleeps 10 and offers a hot tub, gas fireplaces, lovely views of the Breckenridge ski area, and all of the mountain charm you could possibly want for your Breckenridge vacation.



The Space:

Sleeping; Bedroom 1: king bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2) - upper level; Bedroom 2: queen bed with shared full bath with bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) - upper level; Bedroom 3: two full sized beds shared full bath with bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) - upper level; Bedroom 4: bunk room with full/twin bunk and a twin trundle with attached bath (sleeps 3) - lower level. Smart TV's (streaming only) in every bedroom and a TV with cable and streaming in the main living room area. Maximum overnight capacity - 9



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, enjoying the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain is a breeze. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away and the gondola is less than a five minute walk from the house. With the grocery store just a 10 minute walk from the front door, a rental car is not necessary in this location.



Getting Around:

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need to enjoy the perfect mountain vacation. Please note: There is room to park 3 cars.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. Family Ski Trip

The location was perfect. Quick walk to the gondola to go skiing. You can also walk into town.Plenty of seating for the family to relax and enjoy each other’s company.Hot tub was enjoyed by everyone.Well stocked kitchen with basic needs.

Awesome In Town Breck House

Wonderful location, easily walkable to everything from restaurants, shops and the BreckConnect Goldola. Excellent layout and plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 4 teens. Cozy and tasteful decor and beautiful home. We loved it and appreciated the great suggestions from our host. We would absolutely stay here again.

House is very well equipped with linens/towels, kitchen supplies, and paper products. It's a long walk to the gondola with your gear, but if you have a car the group can just drive and park there. Overall the stay was excellent.

Chalet on French

Beautiful home with nice accommodations including a hot tub and garage space. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Downtown Breckenridge is easily walkable from home as is the gondola to the base of Peak 7. I would highly recommend this for your upcoming adventure!

Perfect house!

We have been to Breck many times but have never rented a house here. We are so happy we did. It's a short walk to Main St and the gondola. The house itself had everything we needed. It was clean and had a full kitchen. The hot tub was a plus. Would definitely return. Great communication as well

Great home for two families

This home was very well equipped. Kitchen was great. They had all the essential’s. We did laundry every evening, so you don’t need to pack a ton. Easy walk to the gondola and town. We had a couple of young kids, and carrying equipment was a little struggle, but we survived. Hot tub was great with pool towels too. It was a fantastic place and a fantastic location.

The Fox has it!

I kinda hate to review because I want to keep this place all to myself!! Honestly the nicest, cleanest place we have ever stayed! It’s going to be hard to rent another place after staying here! Absolutely beautifully decorated!! And did I say clean, soooo clean!! I can’t say enough about what a great place this is! Yes you can walk to the slopes, although coming back is a little uphill, but hey that’s the least of your worries! The garage is great for storing your gear! Yes you can walk to the store! Yes you can walk to the shops! And yes there is a neighborhood fox that appears right before sunset and right before sunrise, with a path right out front! So cool!! Also did I mention the wonderful hot tub! I’m telling you this place has it all! The kitchen is so well stocked. The only minor suggestion we have for the kitchen is to add a large pot for cooking pasta for a group and maybe add some more sheet pans! Also the mattress on the bunk downstairs and pull out could use an upgrade. But hey I mean those things don’t diminish the 5 star rating! Would give it 10 if I could!!

Amazing Home

This is probable the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. It was perfect for my family, even a pack and play for my almost 2 year old grandson. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The house was immaculate and I so appreciated being able to have my dog with me as well. The house is a couple blocks from Main St. a couple blocks from the bike trail, and so close to so many hiking trails. The beds are amazing and we were all exhausted by the end of the day with all the fun!

Wonderful vacation

The house was very clean and had an awesome location. Very close to downtown and the gondola. The house was well equipped for cooking our meals. Was the perfect size for the six of us. Nice area to store our skis and boots. Hot tub was very relaxing after a day of skiing. Beds were very comfortable. Property owners were very responsive to our requests and very easy to get a hold of. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. I recommend this property and will be staying here again the next time we are in Breckinridge.

Master bedroom fan was very dirty and made a loud noise. The portable crib mattress didn’t fit bed. It was very unsafe. The master bath needs updating and grout was dirty. Otherwise it was lovely accommodations.

Beautiful home in Perfect location

Staying at this property was great. They provided everything necessary. This home is a quick walk from the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The only thing to take into consideration is how many people you are with. There are enough beds for 9, but the common area (family room with tv) is not large enough to accommodate that many people. We had three adults and two kids and that was plenty for that space.

This home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with housewares and cleaning supplies. It was so nice to have plenty of paper towels and toilet paper! The beds were so comfy. We loved the location and ability to walk to Main Street so quickly and easily. The neighborhood was quiet in the evening. We had an absolutely wonderful stay!

Great location

Loved the house and that our pet could join us. Week stocked Kitchen and paper Products. The towels and bed Linens were very nice. The only minus was the very busy street with a lot of work and construction traffic. Otherwise it was perfect.
