Welcome to spectacular ocean and bay views from the one bedroom unit (as well as a Murphy bed) with large, private terrace. It has one assigned garage parking spot, as well as valet service available. The Unit also receives four beach loungers from Esteban’s Place at no cost, which includes restaurant service available for purchase from neighboring hotel. The Unit has a washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Walking distance to all amenities and night life. Building application, approval, and deposit required.

A beautiful stay in Miami Beach

We had a wonderful month long stay in this comfortable condo. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything that we could want. The huge terrace was a great addition to the space with plenty of ocean views and room to eat and lounge. We also enjoyed the building's workout room and warm Jacuzzi and pool. The building location was great. It is right on the ocean and the beach walk. We would happily come back again.

Beautiful condo in an ideal location

A beautiful, comfortable home away from home. The very large terrace has a fantastic south-east facing view of the ocean with treetops below. The location is ideal - on the beach walk, next to a lovely park (with dog run), and walkable to many dining options as well as grocery, drugstore, and other necessities. Other areas of the Beach and Miami can be easily accessed by bike, trolley, and car. The building is very well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed grilling out next to the pool and jacuzzi, an area that was quiet and relaxing but lively as well. The owners are extremely responsive and made the experience pleasant in every way. We are looking forward to returning!
