Condo on Miami Beach with stunning views from oversized private terrace.

Welcome to spectacular ocean and bay views from the one bedroom unit (as well as a Murphy bed) with large, private terrace. It has one assigned garage parking spot, as well as valet service available. The Unit also receives four beach loungers from Esteban’s Place at no cost, which includes restaurant service available for purchase from neighboring hotel. The Unit has a washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Walking distance to all amenities and night life. Building application, approval, and deposit required. Beginning in May 2026, the exterior of the building will undergo painting, which may involve some disruptions, including potential scaffolding on the terrace, as well as potential restricted access to the Unit’s terrace and pool.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Management requires an application (and $150 fee), tenant approval, and one month deposit. Parties will enter a Short Term Rental Agreement.

Building requires thirty-day rental minimum. For renters with a vehicle, Management charges $13 for a transponder to access the enclosed garage.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The layout of the condo made really good use of the square footage. The condo was very clean and there was more than adequate closet space. The views from inside the condo and from the terrace are beautiful! We had 2 minor maintenance items and the host was very prompt in getting them remedied. The host was kind enough to provide a muffin tin when I inquired to see if one was in the condo. The building facilities (pool, gym, etc.) are well maintained and very clean. Access to the beach was very convenient, just steps from the building. There is a lifeguard stand close by and there were always two chairs and an umbrella available for us to use. We would definitely stay again!

A beautiful stay in Miami Beach

We had a wonderful month long stay in this comfortable condo. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything that we could want. The huge terrace was a great addition to the space with plenty of ocean views and room to eat and lounge. We also enjoyed the building's workout room and warm Jacuzzi and pool. The building location was great. It is right on the ocean and the beach walk. We would happily come back again.

Beautiful condo in an ideal location

A beautiful, comfortable home away from home. The very large terrace has a fantastic south-east facing view of the ocean with treetops below. The location is ideal - on the beach walk, next to a lovely park (with dog run), and walkable to many dining options as well as grocery, drugstore, and other necessities. Other areas of the Beach and Miami can be easily accessed by bike, trolley, and car. The building is very well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed grilling out next to the pool and jacuzzi, an area that was quiet and relaxing but lively as well. The owners are extremely responsive and made the experience pleasant in every way. We are looking forward to returning!
