Local muito bom. A piscina era higienizada diariamente. Casa climatizada com suítes em todos os quartos. Detalhe para a cobrança da limpeza. O site informa que está incluso a taxa de limpeza entretanto a mesma foi cobrada no check-out.

Imóvel de boa qualidade, piscina e área de churrasqueira muito boas, acomoda bem.

Para uma casa bem bonita e confortável faltou parte de administração: faltam pratos, copos, travessas para servir, pano de prato...os banheiros das suítes: dois tinham armarinhos e dois não(ruim para acomodar os produtos), além disso quando chegamos não tinha nem papel higiênico. Tivemos que pedir p uns amigos levarem detergente de pia, fósforo, copos, taças, pratos, travessas, etc. Isso não foi avisado que não teria, somente avisaram sobre a roupa de cama (estou acostumada a alugar casas e isso eu já sabia). O jardim da piscina estava muito mal cuidado e o piscineiro não passava a peneira na piscina, nós tínhamos que fazer antes de começar a utilizar. Também não tinha nenhuma mesa grande, só três mesas de plástico um pouco quebradas já. Para quem vai com família (idosos inclusive) não é muito confortável. Contudo, o proprietário foi agradável desde a negociação, não precisamos pagar o calção e nem a energia/água conforme descrito no anúncio. Isso foi legal. Poderia ter sido mil vezes melhor se não fosse o pecado da mal administração do espaço, pois é uma casa muito boa.
