LUXURY HOUSE IN VILAS OF THE ATLANTIC, TO 50 METERS FROM THE SEA, 6/4 WITH, AIR CONDITIONED IN THE 6/4 BEING 4 ROOMS WITH SUITES, AND THE 2 OTHER ROOMS NEXT TO 2 SANITARIOS OF SERVICE WITH VASES, PIAS, TAPES AND ALL FINISHES BRAND DECA, SWIMMING POOL, CHURRASQUIERA, THE 4 SUITES HAS LARGE CLOSET NEW CUTE AND ELEGANT WHITE, WE CHARGE 150 REAIS OF CLEANING RATE, KITCHEN WITH ALL UTENSILS. (we charge a small fee of water, product pool, gas kitchen not total of $ 190.
The energy charges that consuming, in the delivery of the keys, write down the number that is in the clock of the coelba, and in the end calculates the entrance with the exit. (obs: all these additional expenses, is for the use of the client and his guests only)

Mission trip

Clean, nice location, surprised that some of the bed mattresses were wood with a little foam on it. House has no linens, but that may be common in Brazil. this was my first trip there.

Descanso e paz.

De um modo geral a viagem foi excelente. Localizaçao próxima a excelentes praias, com muito boa estrutura . Casa espaçosa e aconchegante. Senti falta de alguns utensílios para facilitar a nossa estadia: mais variedades de panelas, inclusive chaleira para café, uma quantidade maior de garrafas termicas para armazenar o café panos de chão e vassoura. Gostei muito do proprietário, seu Salustio. atencioso, amável e sempre a nossa disposição.

Ótima estadia.

Imóvel de excelente localização, muito próximo às excelentes praias de Vilas e de Buraquinho. Casa totalmente funcional com muitos banheiros e todos os quartos com ar condicionado. O proprietário é muito educado e solícito, não te deixa com dúvidas e atende todas as necessidades dos hóspedes. Altamente recomendado!

ótima estadia

Nossos dias na casa foram super dentro do esperado. A Localização da casa é ótima, bem segura e pertinho da praia e de quiosques, para ir em mercado precisa de carro mas é perto também. Porém os mercados e distribuidoras fazem entregas. O Salústio e seu irmão foram super solícitos e sempre a disposição para nos atender. A piscina e arredores sempre limpos. Próxima ida a Salvador será nossa opção com certeza.
