The location is commuting distance to NYC by either the railroad or the Highlands ferry. You can even commute to NYC by boat should you choose to do so in 90 minutes to Manhattan. Pier Village in Long Branch is only 3 miles away with excellent shopping and restaurants. The Monmouth Race Track is 2 miles away for those who love horseracing.

Why they chose this property
This lot has been in my family since the late 60's. The old house was torn down and this house built on the property in 2006.
What makes this property unique
The infinity pool makes you believe that the river comes right into the house. On calm days, both full moons, but especially sunsets, will reflect off the river and the infinity pool....Spectacular!
