Beautiful location so conveniently placed with everything you could want in a holiday property.

Very lovely, well appointed property. Clean and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped with everything imaginable.The property management company was extremely helpful and accommodating.We wish there were more instructions for using the tvs. We were not familiar with the streaming service provided and were unable to get local news programs. Apparently, our provider from home is unavailable in the Davenport area.Over all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The villa was very clean and tidy but the pool area was not good at all, it really needs a good pool clean and the pool area is in need of a good clean up with the roof gutter all over flowing with lots of twigs of the trees and also the netting is covered as well. Needs looking at urgently.With that being done it would be a very nice place to hire;
