About this property

Cozy studio for two nestled on Lake Douglas near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

This cozy cabin is perfect for a couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle but still be close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if you want to ride over for the day or evening.

This is an open concept unit with a beautiful wall separating the bedroom area from the living room area. There are TV's built in both sides of the wall so you can watch television from either area.

This cabin does have Wi-Fi and we have sling on both TV's. You can also login to your favorite streaming platform while visiting.

There is a dedicated workspace, a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels and paper products.

In the kitchenette area you will find plates, utensils, silverware, cups, coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster over, pots, a 2 burner stove top and a spice rack.

This unit is located on Douglas Lake at Swann' s Marina and Campground. We have a full service marina with a boat launch, store, fishing and amazing restaurant onsite for those evenings you do not feel like cooking. We also offer pontoon and jon boat rentals as well as Kayak rentals.

We are located about 1 mile off of I-40 and within a 30-35 minute drive of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also about 15 minutes from the new Bu-Cee's!

Swann marina excellent stay!

45 years of marriage we stayed in the honeymoon cabin lol. Clean exactly like the pictures! Great location to fish, go thrifting, and close to Sevierville. Charlie, the manager, was kind efficient and thoughtful. We are thinking of making this a yearly vacation!

The rental was clean and mostly what we expected. I would recommend removing the wall in the middle of the room and putting in a larger bed. Advertised as a honey moon cabin but only a full size bed and doesn’t fit people over 6ft tall very well. The grounds were clean as well. Nothing negative to say about our stay. Thanks!

Definitely recommend

Very clean. Host has remembered the little details for example a special black washcloth for makeup and remote to change temp of air conditioner from bed. Has toaster, crockpot, toaster oven, spices....i would not recommend to a tall person. Feet may hang off bed.😆

Problem with split unit - property manager not available

When first walking into the unit, there was a musty odor. Then, after a short rest, my husband woke up to water splatters on the remote and the coffee table. This was from the split unit that was spitting out water. There was even water that had pooled on the floor. We did not feel safe in a musty and damp environment. So we left right away. Up until this point, the property manager had not been available and the office was closed. We are now about four hours in to resolving the issue through Vrbo and our credit card company in refunding the charges.
