Quick overnight on a cruise.

So i must say- the host was very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and we would stay again in the warmer months. I let the host know before arrival that we needed the heating of the hot tub and pool. Upon arrival after 2pm it was cold. Was able to use after 7pm as it warmed up. It appeared to be controlled remotely. Was very happy when it warmed up but the next morning it was very cold again. The heating isn't reliable. Warmer months wouldn't be an issue. It was a nice property. I would have liked being able to lock the back pool door or deadbolt but was unable to. We slept in the couch. It was very comfy compared to the beds which had limited sheets and was very firm. Overall. It's a nice property for the price- especially when it's warmer. The pool and hot tub were completely private. No address for uber eats and they had issues finding us.

I just wanted to clarify a few points: 1) Your stay was for only 1 day and it takes time to heat both the pool and the jacuzzi, especially in winter. 2) I already checked the back door and it was something that was presented in your reservation but will be resolved for our future stays. 3) I understand that some service providers do not speak English but if you have questions about the address, you can call me or send me a message, I will be available whenever I can. 4) We have different beds of different softness for different tastes. We hope you have a great trip, it's nice to meet you. We will be happy to welcome you again.
