THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON (March 1 - October 31). Unit 505 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 5th floor with 141 square feet balcony space overlooking the stunning Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached master bath equipped with a jetted tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchen is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker and a KEURIG coffee maker and also has a small day bed. Living room and both bedrooms have wooden floors. This unit will sleep 6 people.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice, but with lots of decor, as a renter you are afraid you will break something.So much clutter in the entrance area, with a daybed, a small desk, and table with chairs. Plenty of amenities in kitchen, AC worked well, wasn’t as clean as I like. If you are not a smoker like me sitting on the balcony is not too enjoyable because of the smoking area below on the 1st floor.
