Our lovingly and warmly furnished non-smoking holiday apartment is ideally located in the heart of the traffic-calmed promenade (Fish Market, Strandstraße) in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst. It features high-quality, allergy-friendly furnishings and amenities that offer superior comfort. When furnishing the apartment, we focused on decoration, comfort, and cosiness. Spanning 67 square metres, you’ll find a spacious living/dining room with a large sofa set, free Wi-Fi, a Full HD smart TV for a captivating entertainment experience, a DVD player, and a stereo system, as well as a high-quality built-in kitchen featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment***. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. The unlimited internet plan allows you to surf the vastness of the World Wide Web without limits. The holiday rental features two large bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a large south/west-facing elevated terrace with patio furniture and a view of the beautiful promenade. A cot and high chair are available. The holiday rental includes a parking space and a bike storage area.
Our holiday rental is fully tiled and therefore ideally suited for people with allergies. The bedrooms are also equipped to accommodate allergy sufferers. For this reason, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.
Prices range from 69 to 159 euros per day, depending on the season and number of guests. Except during the off-season, check-in and check-out days are generally Saturday and Sunday. Other check-in and check-out days are available by arrangement.

Bed linens are included in the rental price. The beds will be made upon your arrival, so your holiday can begin right away!

Due to the holiday rental’s central location (only about 400 metres from the beach, and the Bodden and the harbour are also nearby), supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, the post office, a bank/savings bank, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, doctors, a pharmacy, and more are all within walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. A car is not necessary.

Active Holidays: If you enjoy staying active on holiday, Germany’s most beautiful peninsula—Fischland-Darss-Zingst—is the perfect destination. There are many ways to experience the landscape. For example, by bike on the kilometer-long, well-developed network of bike paths, on inline skates along the dikes, or simply on foot along the endless beach or through the forests. There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature on horseback. Water sports enthusiasts, in particular, will find plenty of options thanks to the excellent water quality (Blue Flag!). You can explore the Bodden waters or the Baltic Sea—including the nearby islands of Hiddensee and Rügen—by motorboat. Sailing trips on historic Zeesboats on the Baltic Sea or the Bodden are also a wonderful experience and can be booked through the Spa and Tourism Association. Zingst has a beautiful harbour right on the Bodden. Anglers will also find plenty to enjoy thanks to the fish-rich waters around Zingst. Golf courses and tennis courts are available.
Thanks to its healthy therapeutic climate and local facilities (e.g., the spa treatment centre), Zingst is also an excellent destination for a successful spa stay.
