    Horrible! They're liar!! Don't book with this host! When we arrived the room was completely dirty and messy so we called the host, we had to book a new room (with a different host) and they agreed to give us a total refund... Refund that we have never received even if they continued to tell us that they would send us the money back!!! The worst experience ever!!

    False advertisement

    We booked this double flat due to the photos 6 months ago and paid in full but when we arrived after a 24 hour flight we were given a tiny room under what seemed like the stair case and told that this was the room that we booked. When we showed the manager the booking confirmation which includes the photo of the room, he told us that it was booked by someone else and not available. We spoke to Stays London who also confirmed we had booked a double room but it was now not available. We also were unable to contact the host to ask her why we were not given the room as advertised in photos on her site. unbooked.
