Escape to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home in a peaceful Lake Norman cove. With your own private dock, over-water pier bar, kayaks, paddleboards, and beautiful waterfront views, Lulu's Landing offers the perfect combination of relaxation and lake adventure.

Bring your boat or jet skis! Our driveway accommodates boat trailers, and our private dock provides convenient access to Lake Norman's main channel. Explore the quiet cove with six adult kayaks, two youth kayaks, two paddleboards, and plenty of floats; life jackets are provided. Wide stone steps offer convenient access to the water.

Outdoor Living at Its Best: Spend sunny afternoons on the water and evenings around the lakeside stone firepit. Enjoy drinks at the private pier bar, grill dinner on the spacious deck, or relax on either of the two screened porches overlooking the lake. The fully fenced, private backyard provides a wonderful space for outdoor games, relaxing in the hammock, and enjoying time together overlooking the lake.

All the Comforts of Home: Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable and streaming TV. The home accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for families, couples, and friends.

A Great Getaway in Every Season: Lulu's Landing is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and conveniences in the Lake Norman area. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
Please leave any beds that were used unmade. No need to strip the sheets!
Please return all kayaks, paddleboards, paddles, life jackets, and floats to their designated storage areas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional daytime visitors must be approved by the host in advance.
Please respect our peaceful lakeside neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Keep outdoor music and noise at reasonable levels.
Follow all local burn bans and fire restrictions. Never leave the fire pit unattended, and fully extinguish fires after use.

Lulu’s Landing was exactly as listed and we really enjoyed our stay! They provided everything we needed in the house as well as outside for waterfront fun. Loved the Clemson cornhole game! The house was clean and communication with Jody was great. It was calm, quiet, and relaxing but close to the store and restaurants as well. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

Lulu’s Landing was the perfect place for us to gather together as a family to celebrate my mom’s 88th birthday. Plenty of indoor & outdoor space & right on the lake. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully supplied kitchen, lots of comfy seating & relaxing to spend time both indoors & out. Jody is a great host. She quickly responded to my questions during the booking process & is very organized. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great week at Lulu's Landing. The house is very clean and comfortable with everything you may need. It is in a great location, close to shopping and in a quiet cove off of the main channel. We brought our own boat and the dock worked out perfectly. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lake Norman.

The best trip!

We had the best time! The house is super cute, comfortable, so clean, and very well stocked. We had such a great time on the lake. We spend hours floating around off the dock, paddle boarding, and just relaxing by the water. Exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

Lulu’s Landing was one of the best VRBO properties that we have ever stayed at! The house was beautifully decorated and the backyard with lake view was stunning! We cooked several meals there and were amazed at all that was available in the kitchen as well as the quality of all of the kitchen supplies. The house was clean and well-maintained with many beautiful decorative details. We also spent most of our days on the porch, back lawn and dock area. The owners provided us with many options to enjoy the outdoors like kayaks, paddle boards, floats and lawn games. We had so much fun trying everything out! It was a quiet weekend so we felt like we had the lake all to ourselves to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time there and did not want to leave when our weekend was over!

We had an amazing time at Lulu’s landing. Jody was incredibly responsive and on top of all of our requests/questions. House is a gem and well appointed - to a level we have never seen before in a rental property. We absolutely did not want for anything. If Jody will have us - USC vs Clemson - we wiil be back.

Amazing vacation!

We stayed here for one week and it was perfect. The house has a great location, amazing views, awesome dock. The boat was great and reached out a few times just to check on us which was nice. There was plenty of games and water activities. Fished from the dock. WiFi was great and was able to work from the patio (we work from home). We also rented a boat separate from the house rental but it was so convenient and was able to keep the boat overnight at the dock. The lake had a few places to eat on it that we got to from our boat. We will be back for sure!
