Great Vacation House

This house is beautifully located on a large property and within walking distance of a number of beaches in South Chatham. The house has three large bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was just as expected. It worked great for our group and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out or eat together. The outdoor shower was a great bonus!There were plenty of fans and AC units to help with the temperature inside all of the rooms. Our only wish is that there was more parking or something that states it can only park 3 cars as if we had had any more I'm not sure where they would've gone.

Great house. Poor management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great. However we had major difficulties with the management company. We did not receive instructions on how to get our keys and when we called customer service they were quite rude. The cleaners were also there when we arrived for our check in time so we had to wait in a nearby parking lot with small children for 40 min. It’s a shame because the house is a great location and the poor management really off sets the experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location. Comfortable cottage but very dated. Finished basement very musky and could not make use of space. Living room carpet was very dirty and stained.

Great location, horrible house

Advertised as air conditioned, only 1 AC in dining room…bedrooms were uncomfortable. Beds were all old and awful. House was dirty, living room carpet was disgusting, entire lower lever was filthy. Two stove burners didn’t work..entire house needs updating and thorough cleaning.
