Nestled in a quiet neighborhood cove to the North of Nashville, this home is fully equipped to accommodate your vacation needs.
Featuring a wonderful fully renovated floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the main level and 1 more in the expansive basement. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath property not only includes a kitchen ready for family meal prep, with both large island/bar and dining areas to gather around, but head to the basement to find a movie theater room, a large rec room with Pool and cards tables and even a walk-out patio access to meander down to the lake for some fishing! Our outdoor spaces are enticing as the indoors, featuring a screened in porch and upper deck on the main level along with a cozy deck on the lower floor.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles parked in the driveway and it is important to know that it is in a residential area surrounded by neighbors who live full time in their homes close by, so respecting the noise levels while you visit is very important to not only us but the tranquility of this lovely lake front cove. We kindly ask that music is played inside only and at levels that would not disturb adjacent homes.

When you come to visit, we will have all linens and towels awaiting you and even provide some fishing rods for your use down at the dock. Simply pick up some bait at a local store (Kroger Marketplace is 5 minutes down the road) and enjoy Mother Nature at its finest.

If you are looking for places to eat or a coffee shop etc. then most amenities can all be found within approximately 5 mins from this home. Venture a few more minutes and you can visit the quaint Cities of Hendersonville and Gallatin to the North side of Nashville. There are plenty of recreational parks and even state parks for hiking within 20-30 minutes drive. Down town Nashville can be accessed via Uber/Lyft or your own vehicle and is approximately 30 minutes away, as is the airport.

Here’s a little more about the layout of the home that you may find useful:

Bedroom 1 features a King size bed with views of the lake (Sleeps 2). It has an en-suite bathroom and a wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen sized bed and has a wall mounted TV (Sleeps 2). A bathroom is located in the corridor just outside this bedroom.

Bedroom 3 features a Queen sized bed and has a wall mounted TV (Sleeps 2). A bathroom is located in the corridor just outside this bedroom.

Bedroom 4 is located on the basement level and features 3 bunk beds (Sleeping 6 people). A bathroom is located in the corridor just outside this bedroom.

The basement Rec Room features a Queen size Murphy Bed that pulls out from the wall at night for sleeping and then simply folds back up in the morning, when not in use. (Sleeps 2)

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry room that has plenty of storage space for leaving coats, shoes and luggage etc.

There is a desk area in the living room that is ideal for working on a computer.

There are a lot of TVs throughout the home. They are Smart TV’s so are capable of logging into various apps. You will need to login to your own online accounts to access these apps such as Netflix and Amazon etc.
