This newly furnished home has beautiful views from three floors -- experience amazing sunsets, snow-capped mountains in the winter and aspen groves with beautiful golden colors in the fall. Live in a wonderful walkable neighborhood in Edwards with easy access to summer and winter hiking trails. It is a 20 min walk or a 10 min drive to Riverwalk, with fun shopping and excellent restaurants, and is only a 12-22 minute drive to Beaver Creek or Vail. The house is 3400 square feet including an open plan main floor with a kitchen, dining area and living room with a TV. The lower level includes a second living room with access to the outside. While the view is the best feature, the rooms are all well-appointed and the kitchen has everything you might need. The garage has an option to plug in an electric car and also has ski racks and boot dryers.
