The host was very friendly and responsive! The property was beautiful and well managed, and met the needs of my very BIG family. The views were exceptional and so convenient to the wedding location. There is not one thing I would change........Thank you so much for everything.....

We had a wonderful stay at this Arizona property! The highlight of the home was definitely the incredible amount of space, especially the open layout between the kitchen and the living room. It was the perfect setup for our group—it allowed us all to hang out, cook, and relax together in the same area without ever feeling cramped or congested.The outdoor space is incredible; the fireplace out by the pool and hot tub area was so nice to enjoy in the morning while drinking coffee. It was incredibly thoughtful of the host to actually provide firewood so we could easily make a fire. Joe was a responsive host and answered all of our questions regarding the pool and hot tub quickly.The house is also completely family-friendly. We were so impressed that it provided four pack-and-plays, which was a huge help for all the parents with small children. While the pool itself was not individually fenced in, there was a secure fence from the top deck that locked. This gave us total peace of mind, as it meant the small kids couldn't head downstairs to the pool area unless they were helped by an adult.The location in Cottonwood was absolutely perfect. It was super convenient having a Walmart just 5 to 6 minutes away for groceries and supplies. Cottonwood itself has a really nice downtown area, and we loved being just a short 25-minute drive over to Sedona and surrounded by so many fantastic hiking trails.All in all a great stay!

This house is made for a good party. Comes with a lot of essentials and has plenty of space for everyone especially the bunk house. We would 100% book here again.

We had a such a great stay! Comfortable, lots of space for all of our guests, nice outdoor seating options, great communication with owner, and we liked the location. Our only issue was that the sports equipment was a bit run down (pool sticks, bags for cornhole, etc).

This property was so much fun. Lots to do while there and close to a lot of other attractions. We had 10 people ranging from 9-63 in our group. It was great to have many areas to sit, visit, play, and eat. We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated, thing was that it was not the whole time it was for 4 hours a day. Any other property that we have rented our pool and hot tub were heated our entire visit. Also, didn't have a full set of bean bags so bought our own. The down stairs master bathroom needs a knob as it is easy to lock yourself in, especially if you are a 9 year old kid. Getting a hold of the manager usually took a couple days to hear back, thankfully no emergencies that we needed something immediately. All in all a great property and we truly enjoyed our stay here!
