With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a nice Queen bed you'll have a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower. In the additional space, you'll find a lovely living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxation or accommodating extra guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, iron, WiFi, AC, and heating. Parking can be tight in these older neighborhoods so we have created a parking space specifically for you in the back. We know new spaces can be intimidating therefore we’ve installed cameras with audio located on the exterior that over look the backyard/parking area, the side sidewalk that runs along the side of the house, as well as a ring doorbell. Whether you're exploring the city or unwinding indoors, this bungalow provides a delightful retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The cottage was cute, clean and comfortable. Amanda, the host, was very easy to work with. The price was amazing! Anyone traveling to Hutchinson should book this place!

Cute place!

It was a great little place to be at and very clean! While there is two beds it can be a little cramped if more than four people book this. It is by one of the historic neighborhoods so you can view some of Hutch's lovely houses!

Exactly as pictured!

The property was exactly as pictured! Was very clean and fresh! The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and quick in responses. They were very accommodating to our special requests and even had several pantry/household items available for us 10/10 would definitely stay here again!
