The north side of the duplex which we call the (Bunk House) has a single bedroom with two queen size beds in it and there is also a hide a bed couch in the living room area. It can easily sleep 6 comfortably.
Adjoining duplex apartments with plenty of sleeping room. There is a two door passage between the two apartments (like in a hotel suit) and can be locked from either/both sides.
Both sides have fully equipped kitchen areas with refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, and cooking utensils. Each has a full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.
The south side of the duplex which we call the (Line Shack) is a studio style apartment has a queen size bed and couch in it.
By staying in the duplex you have all of the same amenities you would have if you were staying in the main house with a great price.

Accommodations worked well for our family of six. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning. Swimming was a bit disappointing. Water was shallow and there was an abundance of goose poop.
Great economical property. Clean, tasteful and well priced. There was a dead bug in the bathroom…key word…dead, that assured me that since the property was clean, the bug that did find its way in wasn’t surviving! It is an older property and since they do allow pets, there will be some wear and tear, if you don’t expect that, it is unrealistic. This was great for our family to stay in and we could easily have brought our pets if needed. Randy was great to work with.

Mold
Pretty ran down. Weird smell hits you when open the door. Window ac is so moldy. There is also water damage behind toilet going up the wall. Also killed a huge spider and there were a ton of spider webs, especially in the headboards. No hot tub.
We enjoyed the paddle boat and water slide. Slide needs to be moved though. It’s too high and it too far away. You hit the ground when you land. It was such a fun place though! Our lodging was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!
My niece and my daughter participated in the Kansas State Fair Dog Show for the weekend and we needed a place to stay that allowed dogs. This apartment was just what we needed. There was enough room for four of us, a black lab, and a standard poodle! There was plenty of space outside for us to walk the dogs (on-leash) and many "friends" to check out - horses, donkeys, and goats! The pond provided the girls a much needed relaxing end to a stressful morning of showing and the dogs enjoyed a swim, too. There is also a dog park about 5 minutes away where the dogs could run loose and stretch their legs.
The owners were very accommodating, easy to communicate with and enjoyable to visit with.
We needed a place to relax and lay our heads and this property had it all for us!
We had a great time. Randy was very hospitable. The only thing that stressed me out is when it rains alot the road to get to the cabin floods.

Simple and inexpensive
The location was good for us & what we needed. 10 min to get to "downtown" Hutchinson.
It's not anything crazy fancy which we personally liked. Simple & inexpensive.

Large rooms and everything we needed.
We needed a place for a family reunion of 17. This fit the bill. Price is right and the kids and some old people... loved the rope swing and the tube slide. Toured the Grace Hill winery and the Salt Mine. Everyone had a relaxing and fun time. Randy is just a text away if you have any problems.

truly the best weekend ever :)
all the thank yous in this world goes to Randy and his family. :) My grandchildren says its the bestest place in this world. From more than enough room for 4 adults and my five lil grandchildren in the rustic country theme cabin. How refreshing to wake up in the morning and seeing the friendliest horses greeting you. you could walk down the driveway and see more horses and donkeys..the lil goats was so funny.. Couple of my lil ones never saw a pond before and they could had played there forever with a sandy lil beach. Also they had so much fun with the lil play ground and play house. How they had a fun time playing in the leaves. oh my gosh-my grandchildren talked hours about the horse back riding and their lil country fun..we will have our future get togethers here. thank you so very much..:)

Super fun time!
Ponda Rosa offered EVERYTHING our family needed for our family getaway.
We had guests in from California, Missouri, Tennessee, Colorado and Kansas. We all agreed that we would return for another stay!
The lake, tennis court, horses, goats and Deog the dog provided endless entertainment for all.

We have little children who enjoyed all the amenities that were available.
A last minute change was made and we stayed in the larger house and therefore we didn't see the smaller bunk house. We had plenty of room for our larger family to spread out. The owners were very kind. We had everything we needed and we would return again if ever in the area.

Cottage was very clean ! And plenty of space for our family of 8 !
Upon arriving the property looks cluttered . Not what we were expecting at first . But the cottage was very clean . And stocked well .. the owners were super nice and very accommodating ! The kids enjoyed horseback riding , swimming in the pond , and paddle boating . They have two cute goats that run around and the kids and us very much enjoyed the farm atmosphere of the place ! We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Bunk House - great!
We stayed in the Bunk House for a couple nights. The kids had a GREAT time with the water activities. It was their first time swimming in a lake/pond. They loved the rope swing, diving board & slide. The location was perfect for going to Strataca, Cosmosphere & Yoder. I gave it 4 stars because while there was A/C in the bedroom, there was no A/C anywhere else. If we wanted to stay cool, we had to go into the bedroom. If the rest of the bunk house was cool, I definitely would give it 5 stars!

Clean and comfortable!
This cabin was the perfect place for what we needed! They had plenty of options for fun things to do and the owners work hard to make sure the place is kept up. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, no dust or dirt. Felt comfortable putting the 10 month old down immediately to crawl around!
