This ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Condo C1 has a large porch that puts you right on the beach and faces the sea with a fabulous view of the Belize Barrier Reef!

The principal bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds (which can convert to a king). There is also a living room (with queen sleeper sofa), dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sunset Beach Resort is located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:

--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants (4-15 minute walk)

And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!

The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!

It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

Amazing Christmas Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. We love Sunset Beach Resort. The south side of the island is our vibe. It’s great for our whole family. We have teenagers and kids in their 20s. Our dive shop is close by, they pick us up from the dock. And we love a couple of the restaurants and hangouts on the southside. Barbara is amazing. The property manager, Jason, truly makes you feel like family. it’s awesome to chill in the hammocks or by the pool. We highly recommend this property.

Paradise!

Loved staying here! Clean and tidy. Ocean in the front yard! Nearby great restaurants and tiny market for eggs milk etc. Everyone associated with this property were terrific! Will be back!

Great facility. Clean, Convenient, well equipped,

The property was in great shape. The units had everything we needed, and there is a small store just minutes away. I was able to fish from the dock. The concierge service was excellent. This made it easy to find a restaurant, and plan/schedule excursions, which we took advantage of. Be prepared for the mosquitoes and sand flies.
