Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this unit. Easy walk to the beach. The pool/hot tub were very nice. Weekend trip with daughters

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a rainy weekend so I expected some things to be amiss. However, the swamp we had to wade through to get to the beach was not okay. People joked about it but were definitely not happy.
Response from VrboOwner on 17 Aug, 2024
Hi Christine. Thank you for your review. Yes, it was a rainy weekend and the week prior to that a hurricane had hit the Island. The dunes experienced some damage and wash away, which allowed the rainwater to pool at the end of the beach walkover. The contractor was swamped with repair calls and was not able to get to us until the rain stopped. The swamp has been addressed. Thank you again for your review.

Rainy weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 611 a Nice apartment! Remodeled! Jose at the front desk is very helpful and very polite. Management made us wear a plastic or paper bracelet as if hospitalized. It bothered our grandchildren and us. It’s very uncomfortable and gave us a rash! The cleaning ladies and the repairman were very helpful!
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Apr, 2025
Thank you for your 5-star review of the property. #611 is a nice condo and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. The wristbands are a security measure and are a common practice at many locations on the Island. Thank you for your comments and your compliments of the staff. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

April get away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very nice. I reported that the ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work. Told them to wait till we left to fix it. I DID NOT LIKE THE GREEN ARM BANDS - they were very annoying and demeaning. Not sure what purpose they were when we used our key card to access building and elevator.
Response from VrboOwner on 10 May, 2024
Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience of the ceiling fan. The green wristbands are a security measure. There have been instances where people will use our free parking and walk in the front door and directly out to the pool, picnic area, and beach walkover as if it was public access. Unfortunately, many hotels and condos are having to implement this security feature.

Great Location, Maybe Not the Place for Young Families

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, right on the beach and pool. We stayed for 7 nights. They will make you wear a wristband for the duration of your stay. Kids are basically allowed to be seen and not heard. No pool toys or floats, no loud sounds, nothing on the balconies, must be completely covered and organized to come through the lobby - which you have to do to get to your room. It's an odd mix between a hotel and airbnb. I would highly recommend this for older couples and families.
