A good place for a short time

This place was what my family needed for the 2 days we stayed.

Pros- location to the beach was convenient , the pool area nice , having a laundry room, a lot of kitchen utensils, having a first aid kit, communication with the host was really good. Cons- walls need cleaned or repainted, shower curtain rods need replaced, toilet paper holders broken in both bathrooms, outdated appliances, slow draining master bath tub, mattress in master bed really hard.

Outdated

Out dated, broken/hard beds, broken toilet paper holders, torn screen, filthy kitchen pans and dirty floors. The only good thing about this place was the pool.

Last minute vacation

Unit was available for a last minute planned vacation. Unit had all necessities including toiletries and detergents. Upon arrival, discovered a few broken items and reported immediately. Primary mattress was painfully uncomfortable. Recommend a mattress upgrade.
