Why they chose this property
Wauwinet offers a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the island. The beach is basically private even on the busiest summer days! Plus you have access to the ocean beach and harbor beach, and the beautiful Wauwinet Inn which has award winning meals and views. Sconset is a quick drive away or bike ride to pick up the essentials if you don’t want to go all the way to town.
What makes this property unique
Our property can host many people while also giving people their own space. The basement provides a great separate space with full kitchen, and its own entrance. The apartment is also a nice separate space with small kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and secluded sun deck. You can walk to the beautiful Wauwinet Inn for cocktails and an amazing sunset. Great Point is easily accessible for a unique experience of driving on the beach to one of the best fishing spots in the world.
