The Albani House offers access to a private beach and is the perfect location for families & friends looking for a unique seaside vacation or retreat. The stairs leading to the beach include resting areas for enjoying the breathtaking views of the beach and the Cape Cod Bay.
The Neighborhood: The Albani House faces a quiet, tree-lined road that runs parallel to Manomet Beach and the ocean. Large, turn of the century homes and well-kept summer cottages dot the neighborhood. Beautiful gardens surround the property that is located on almost an acre of land. We treasure our location and know that you will too.

The house was perfect, easily held 12 adults. Plenty of space; everyone was comfortable and happy. The house has all you could need for a beach and relaxing visit. The owner was great with communication and helping with any questions. Our group does a golf trip to Plymouth every year and would definitely stay at this house again. Five stars!

Perfect for A Family Gathering

The Albani House offers a very comfortable space with multiple bedrooms to accommodate a large family gathering. With a large covered porch, ocean view benches a a few steps away and access to the beach available for walks, it met all our needs.

Family Wedding Weekend

Great place for a family wedding weekend. It accommodated many of us for a Funtime! Location was great and the house was comfortable. We could have used the Attic bedrooms but it was super hot up there! Check in was super easy and all communications was great.

Lovely family home near beach

Perfect location. Quiet. Beach. Family time from another era. Creaky floors add to the charm of this massive vintage home with plenty of room for a big family to unwind and make precious memories.

Place to make memories

We had a wonderful vacation here with 3 generations of our family. The first floor bedrooms and bathroom made it a comfortable stay for those who have difficulties with stairs. There was plenty of room to spread out and spend time together. Our favorite spot was the front porch where we played games, talked, laughed and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Loved our stay!

We were a group of High School friends celebrating our 60th birthdays with a long weekend golf trip. The house worked out great. It's somewhat dated, but has everything you need to have a great vacation. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels and kitchen items. Living room was a bit small, but we made it work. Great location near the beach with plenty of off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Only negative would be no A/C, but the weather cooperated 2 of the 3 nights.

Repeat stay

We have rented the house before and enjoyed it very much so came back this year for the long weekend. Great house for a large group in a wonderful location with a short walk to the beach. We had seven families ranging from 2 to 56 years old. Everyone enjoyed our time there. No complaints.

Great grtaway

The property was just perfect for us. layout was great, enough bedrooms and bathrooms and great location. Some of us even did all those stars to the beach. The porch was one of the best features of the house. Everything was great. Thanks.

Wonderful and lovely home

The home is very charming in a quiet and friendly community and accommodated our large group very well! The views of the bluff which are just across the house were incredible. Great and close location to downtown Plymouth though stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful especially Maggie’s brother Frank who lives next door and would pop in to check on us but was never intrusive. This is a truly special home and community and our stay couldn’t have been better!

Family get together

We had 16 people, 5 families, gathering together for a family celebration. The house had plenty of room for everyone - so the kids were even able to get their own rooms to share with cousins rather than parents and/or siblings. The location is good - a short walk to the beach, although the beach itself involves a lot of stairs, and a short drive to the Cape where we went apple picking.

Awesome stay!

Our family had a fantastic vacation at this property. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There’s a very comfortable porch overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard. We spent many happy hours there as a family! Maggie, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful to us. Our 95 year old father was with us and she made sure we could park close to the house to assist him. There were also accessible bars in the bathroom which were very helpful. When a storm took out a tree and the power, Maggie and her family offered us an extra night which we really appreciated . It was a very relaxing week for all of us! Highly recommend you check this property out! Thanks so much, Maggie!

A wonderful retreat

We had a lovely time at this home. It was late Spring and the lawn and garden were green, lush, and bursting with flowers. Our stay was brief - only two nights: just long enough to build good memories. Our group of eight adored the character of this home and held long conversations in its parlor and on the deck. We also spent hours walking along the beautiful beach. I highly recommend this house for any large group looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Great family vacation house, steps from the beach

The layout of this house is great for providing extra space when the house is fully occupied, all 9 bedrooms. It has two covered porches, and and great yard for the kids to play in. We used all of these spaces. And we loved that it was so close to the beach, and a very nice spacious sandy beach at that. It exceeded our expectations and our kids are already asking for a return visit there. We plan to do that. Great time!!!

Perfect family vacation

Just returned from a wonderful week in this large accommodating home, plenty of room for a family of 13 ranging in age from 9 through 72! Kitchens had plenty of everything we needed, hosts were very responsive and helpful! Plenty of linens, towels and hot water! The pillows could use some replacements. There is lots to do at the beach or sightseeing in the area(Plymouth is a lovely town). We’d return! Hope to see you soon!

Great spot for a crowd!

Such a beautiful little old neighborhood,--off the beaten path, with easy access (if you can walk steps) to a beautiful beach. The house handled 13 of us easily, with rooms to spare! The front porch and beach were both perfect spots for all of us to hang out. A dishwasher might be nice, but maybe the septic system can't handle it? Otherwise, we all loved the place!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Maggie's Manomet house. The house was perfect for our family - plenty of space, great outdoor area, two separate kitchens which helped with overflow & storage, and location can not be beat! Walking distance to the ocean (literally across the street) and town. Lots of walks were taken around the quiet neighborhood streets. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We can not recommend this house enough! And Maggie was lovely to work with. 10/10 experience, overall!

Perfectly perfect!

This spacious home of 9 bedrooms and four bathrooms was wonderfully clean, comfortable and accommodating for our family group that ranged from 8 to 12 people staying overnight during the week. The large windows, ocean breezes floating through the house, and eclectic collection of furniture and wall art were great reminders of other historic Cape homes of our family's past. We were there for the spectacular show of the beach bonfire and fireworks- what an unexpected bonus! The Manomet bluffs are beautiful, and my active family spent much time on the beach, exploring Plymouth, and talking, talking, talking on the roomy porch ! We'll be back!

Family gathering

This property was outstanding in so many ways. First off, the owner is responsive to all queries. They ask questions of what you are looking for so the property matches your group and expectations. The recommendation to take the whale watch was an unexpected winner with our entire group. The location, in a residential neighborhood, with ready access to the beach, is perfect. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to all that Plymouth has to offer. It was so nice to have time to catch up with family without having to deal with shortcomings concerning the property. We all had a wonderful time. Thanks to Maggie and her family for making this property available for large groups like ours.

Great Beach Get-a-way

This 9 bedroom, 31/2 bath on 3 floors was perfect for our 5 family (16 people, ages 3 to 73) get-together. The private beach access was across the street and down 130 steps (and up at end of day)! Neighborhood was quiet and perfect for teens to ride bikes & parents to ride scooters! House had everything we needed for our stay - especially appreciated the 2nd kitchen with refrigerator. No AC but we brought more fans that were needed in the 96+ degree days/70 degree nights. Owner was great for providing information and brother across the street was very helpful.

Great long weekend reunion

Maggie does everything she can to make your stay the best it can be. Went out of her way to rectify an issue prior to arrival and was nearby for help if needed. Even had a brand new grill for us to use! House has a wonderful, rustic shore feel with no large dining area for big groups, but extra tables and chairs were made ready for fun dinners outside. Covered deck in back would work if it’s rainy. Main kitchen is very well stocked with any cooking needs and plates/glasses galore. Just keep in mind no dishwasher….For large groups, the third floor bedrooms are charming but stairs are steep and will be pretty hot during the summer. (no a/c in house)We loved our stay and enjoyed the community access to the beach. Great view of moon and sunrise from above and the 141 steps (yup we counted) to the ocean are well worth the adventure. Plenty of benches to rest along the way!Thanks for hosting our family for a great birthday reunion!

Awesome family trip!

We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed how large the house is allowing everyone to have a bed and plenty of bathrooms to service us all. We never ran out of hot water!!! Each room had its own fan which was a plus as it was extremely hot and humid. Even though an old home, there are plenty of extension cords and outlets to accommodate us all. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. And having 2 refrigerators and ovens is really awesome!!!There were plenty of towels for everyone. There is a short walk to the beach and the stairs are challenging but we really enjoyed being able to walk there everyday. And very nice of the homeowner to supply us with beach chairs that we could carry down to the beach as we watched the tide come in and out. Overall, a very enjoyable family trip!!!
