Beautiful condo and location

location is perfect right on the beach and close to everything. Went with the kids and my grandkids. Ten of us in total. Great space to spread out. Great view from the oversized window. We all had so much fun. Definitely rent sgain.

First visit to Maine and condo was great! My only suggestions would be to replace the shower curtain liners between stays and a better vacuum.

4th year coming to grand victorian.

Very spacious 4 bedroom, however not a comfortable chair in the condo. Loved the rockers on the patio. Everything was wonderful and hope to do it again next year.

Best property ever!!

This unit at the grand Victorian was phenomenal! Beautiful condo—well maintained. Great views of beach from the balcony! Have to give a shout out to Bill the operations manager at the Grand Victorian. He is amazing and so helpful! He goes above and beyond and is always helping out the guests whether it’s getting the door or helping with trash or carrying something heavy to the elevator -he is right there for whatever you need! We loved our stay here and wished we didn’t have to leave!!!

The condo is a nice big place in an excellent location. Owner and receptionist was helpful and very accommodating.
