Tranquil Views Retreat

Enjoy peaceful and stunning views from one of the two backyard decks of this beautiful home that backs up to the Prescott National Forest. The new owners have completely redecorated the interior and made major improvements to the exterior. You’ll find it equipped with everything you need, and more! It’s only 2 miles away from the charming downtown Courthouse Plaza and Whisky Row, with many great hiking options nearby!

The owners ask that you please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, adhering to nose restrictions from 10 PM to 7 AM. Tranquil Views Retreat is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security. No events allowed.

Bunk bed room play area for kids equipped with a DVD player. Telescope for stargazing. TV in the master bedroom.


A separate contract will be required by Bear Creek Property Management and Associates LLC prior to guest check in.
