Steps to the Beach and Stunning Sunsets over the Marsh from your Front Porch

Luxurious 3 story beautiful townhouse completely equipped for your vacation. You will love the short walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, and park. But you may decide to stay in, invite friends to grill and cook in the fabulous kitchen, watch the big screen TVs, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace, and play board games on the screened porch. After a day of riding bikes or enjoying the beach chairs you will sleep so well in luxurious bedding. This is my favorite place and I think it will be yours, too.

Our Family really enjoyed our stay and the place is awesome. Everything you need from kitchen wares, bikes, even k-cup coffees in case you forget to bring yours were provided (we brought ours). The beds are so comfy and the linens were luxurious and clean. Thank you and we will stay again

We had the best stay! Lori is an excellent host, and the house was in pristine condition. The location can't be beat—it's an easy walk to the beach and to a handful of our favorite restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was a pleasure to cook several meals in it. The house has an excellent layout with comfy beds and linens, and everything you need for the beach is provided. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect location!

We can’t say enough great things about this condo! It was absolutely perfect for my family. Lori was an amazing host and always got back to me in a timely manner. The property is equipped with everything you need and is in a great location to many different beach entrances. Also very close to food options and parks! Will be coming back!

We love this condo! It is very clean and comfortable, well decorated and in a great location. No other rental even comes close to be equipped like this one! Beach access is easy with only about a 10 minute walk. Communication is excellent as Lori is always quick to respond. This was our second stay and we will definitely be booking again next summer. So comfortable!

This condo is clean, spacious, and updated, the location is great, and there's lots of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen. I loved that there were games, beach gear, and bikes all available at the condo, which meant I could pack light. Lori was a great host and made everything easy. We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave!

Favorite beach rental!

We have rented many times over the years on St Simons and this is probably our favorite! It is updated, spacious and perfectly appointed with 3 outdoor spaces. We spent most of our time on the screen porch which is shaded and stays cool most of the day. We found it to be spotless and the most well stocked of any house we have rented. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and Lori responded quickly to our questions. This unit will not disappoint. We will be back soon. Thank you!!
