Beautiful Oceanfront Sea Escape at Amelia Island. Sea Escape is an oceanfront townhouse located on beautiful Amelia Island. The home has a balcony off the living room as well as the upstairs master bedroom that overlooks the ocean. Located just minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach and harbor, where shopping and fine dining are plentiful.

Sea Escape offers you relaxed yet fun filled vacation spot a family will enjoy for years to come. Waking up on the sun-filled deck or beach-combing for sharks teeth are a favorite morning ritual with all those who stay at Sea Escape.

The Island has many more amenities as well, such as golf, tennis, diving, miniature golf, waterslide, fishing pier, and the wonderful Fort Clinch, a Civil War era fort well worth touring. Also, remember you are only a few miles from the ferry to Cumberland Island, an Island nature preserve. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Perfect Vacation

The property was spotless and could not ask for a better location on the beach! Will definitely stay here again. Debra was so friendly and easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this Duplex❤️

Premier location

The Property is a very nice accommodation and is designed so you get the full advantage of its premium location on the beach. Two balconies overlooking unobstructed views of the ocean are exceptional. Truly great place .

Absolutely Wonderful!

Sea Escape was everything as advertised. The rental was absolutely wonderful, very clean, and spacious. Everything you needed was there, all you had to do was show up and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The best part of all was the view from both balconies! The check in and communication with Debra was so easy. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! 😁

Lovely Beach House

So wonderful to wake up in the morning and watch the sun come up over the ocean! House is very comfortable & has everything you need for some vacation time at the beach. Christmas Beachside

The location of this property couldn’t have been better - looking out over a sand dune and away from noise and traffic. The unit was spacious and everything was in working order. The owner had even decorated beautifully for Christmas! The stars at night are unbelievable!

Another great time!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here - it is always clean and comfortable and this visit was no exception. We loved the renovations and upgrades that had been done since our last visit. Last year we had to stay somewhere else due to Our dates already being booked & it just wasn’t the same! Love the location & how quiet it is. Easy access to everything & great shark teeth were found this visit - found a Meg tooth on the beach directly in front of the townhouse ❤️

Beautiful view

We loved coffee on the deck listening to the waves. Clean and comfortable! Having extra bathroom was a plus. Highly recommend this condo .

Great Location, Condo, and Beach Vacay!

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary during this trip. The condo is perfectly located within steps to a nice, relaxing, quite section of the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week-long stay. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in any rental; slept like a baby, which is to say a lot when you’re away from home. We enjoyed several local restaurants—Salt Life, Salty Pelican, Burlingame, Sliders, Ms. Carolyn’s, Among others; exploring historic downtown; shopping antique markets; and lots of beach time hunting for shark teeth. Can’t wait to come back and stay here!
