3rd year at Salt & Light

We continue to enjoy our stay at Salt & Light. This house has everything you will need for your trip. We bring 3 families, and ages range from 6 months to 72 years. The elevator, high chair, pack and play all are life savers. We did find that renting beach chairs made life a lot simpler!

Great!!!

Loved the house especially the kitchen! We cook almost every meal on vacation so the refrigerator space and double dishwashers were a game changer! Things were well thought out and made for a relaxing stay.

one more thing, make sure the cleaning company or someone cleans the grill between guests. It was super, super dirty when we went to use it.

Second stay was just as great!

This was our second summer staying at Salt and Light! It is an amazing house, fully stocked with everything you could need. The Eastern Lake Beach access was great last year for our young kids to play in, but this year it was over the chest of the adults. With that, we only used that access the first day. The rest of the week we beached at the other access. Do get there early, as it does get crowded! We love 30A, and Conceirge Cottages has been wonderful to work with.

Incredible

I would give 10 stars if I could. Salt and Light was absolutely perfect for our multi family vacation. Kitchen is stunning but practical and well-stocked with everything we needed. Home is impeccably decorated and spacious. Kid room on the first floor with bunk beds/trundle, reading nook and egg chair provided optimal accommodations for our young ones. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Initially slightly concerned about walking through the tide pool to reach the ocean but it turned out to be a great place to paddle board and allow kids to play. Property Managers promptly responded to issue and great communication. Would 10/10 recommend!

Salt and Light

Two suggestions: The house desperately needs new beach chairs. Current chairs are literally crumbling. Keep in the garage so they last longer. The outdoor dining set needs to be donated/removed and replaced with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit with the general landscape area cleaned up. That area of the house doesn't match the overall home and could use an upgrade. Overall the house is stunning and beautifully decorated. Thank you for sharing your home with us. God bless! The Clarks
